She's a creative and progressive developer and builder with a great knowledge & passion for green building systems, modern design & quality construction. We've worked with her on both custom SF residences & 'spec' projects that are anything but generic or the 'norm'. We hired Fasse Construction and Development to help us freshen our house for a re-launch onto the sales market. Pam Fasse and her crew took care of interior and exterior painting, plumbing, and general repairs. She worked within our budget, always communicating the options available at every decision point, offering suggestions and recommendations, but never presuming decisions. Despite the best efforts of all involved, our house has not found a buyer. When it does, we look forward calling Pam for our next home.
