We hired Farmer Payne Architects, specifically Scott Payne to design us a lake house on a very unique piece of property. From our first meeting Scott was the most accurate in terms of predicting costs and helping us understand what it would take to build a forever house that we would be happy with. The finished product is better than I thought possible and every time I pull in the driveway I am happy we followed Scotts advice. There are many people who end of working with other architects who they believe will provide them cost savings, but in the end spend just as much for an inferior product. If your objective in building a house is to get it right the first time, this is who you should call.

First Class all the way! Scott has worked with our family for 4 years, taking an idea and turning it into a dream home. The attention to detail has been unreal. If you are wanting a unique, timeless project, I highly recommend calling Scott and his team. After going through this process, there is no way I would start a project without a great team. Farmer Payne would be the first person I called to get the project headed in the right direction.
