We were very pleased with the work that they did, including the time frame, pricing and the desire to return when I had a small issue that needed to be addressed. They completely demoed one half of our basement and remodeled it. This was necessary due to termite damage.

We had our den converted to kitchen and downstairs bathroom moved to the place of previous kitchen and divide it with a walk in closet. Our home is in center city situated in a brownstone on the last two floors, so more difficult in terms of access then a rural setting. Luca and his team managed this project well despite all difficulties. The project took longer than expected due to permit and some availability issues. But Luca was always very professional and kept us informed. As it happens often during the project one can find surprises or change mind about certain agreed upon items, but Luca was always very accommodating and tried his best to deliver what was requested. Luca was always open to listen to our needs and provide knowledgeable advice.
And the results in photos (before and after) speak for themselves. We truly enjoy our new kitchen and bathroom every day.

Falasca remodeling added a half bathroom for me on my first floor and it turned out great! They were easy to work and communicate with, professional, and did quality work. I’d use them again for any remodeling needs we have and highly recommend them!

Falasca Home Remodeling is the company you want to call for any home remodeling needs. Luca removed my old deck, and build me a new deck, paying attention to detail, and my needs. He listens and is very detail oriented. They did such a great job my daughter hired them to do her deck as well. They showed up in a timely fashion and daily cleanup was incredible. Aside from the great job they did, what impressed me was the fact that Luca always responded to my emails or phone calls and never gave me stupid excuses. My husband and I are seniors and we have dealt with many other contractors but working with Luca has been the best experience in dealing with a contractor. I will say you get what you pay for.

In my line of work I've interacted with a lot of contractors and subs, Luca stands out because he truly cares about his craft and the quality of his work is top notch. My demo and addition job went extremely well and turned out exactly as planned. The project cost was fair, reasonable and stayed within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Falasca Home Remodeling LLC.

Luca and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had been misled about the problem with our tile floor by another contractor, and when Luca came in he was able to do the job, quickly, efficiently, and it looks great. He was honest and gave us a fair price as well. We had peace of mind knowing that the job was done properly this time, and our floor will look great for many years.

Having a deck built on your house is a big deal, and we could not have been more happy to have Falasca Home Remodeling build ours for us. The process went smoothly, from the first meeting, to the plans, getting the permits, building the deck, to a few little changes at the completion, they communicated and explained everything. They made sure the yard was clean at the end of their work day, and returned to explain about the lights and how to clean the deck. We are very happy with the new outside area of our house, and highly recommend Falasca Home Remodeling.

Punctual, hustles, patient with all questions, excellent communication. This is the type of contractor that you hope to find. This father and son team is my new go-to. We own a home that was built in 1876 and this team is conscientious about protecting historic details while we make modern updates.
They can do the basic jobs with perfection (did ceiling/wall drywall repair and painting for us). And they can tackle the problems (joist repair that was cut for a toilet flange and sound-dampening plumbing piping in a ceiling). We will be bringing them back for our bathroom renovation.

Walked off the job less than 1/2 way thru and with most of our money. We found several problems with our deck build, and rather than fix the issues, they walked away. Loose railings, steps built incorrectly 3x's, deck joists missing hangers, main beam cut into. Just to name a few. All safety issues. Owner was unwilling (or unable) to finish and also refused to return some of our money so that we can finish the job. Find another contractor!

As I have explained to this client on multiple occasions that not one job is perfect and I have no issues dealing with any clients demands that they may require to resolve any issue's. However, these clients that I speak of never took responsibilities as a client and felt that they knew more than a qualified contractor! This client took it upon themselves to repeatedly insist that post were loose and the stairs were wrong. They needed to consider the finish that tied it all together. On this project I decided to walk away because of multiple reasons: One being that the post were not loose and were installed correctly. Number two, without the decking being installed and the complete railing system completed, anyone would know that this is what makes the post complete in its entirety and bring it all together. The client decided that when I was on the phone with the client her husband was getting upset and he decided to try to rip out one of the post, and as she quoted," OMG He is getting upset"! Which resulted in ruing the integrity of the completed framing! I was beside myself. Nothing is more disturbing than a client standing in front of you and lying right to your face and by all means out right insulting your intelligence, this did not sit well with me, also keep in mind I repaired what was damaged at no extra cost to them. I have done over 30 decks in my lifetime and as a contractor, not once did I ever have a issue with a client over such nonsense, let alone a call back for a railing or post. Please keep in mind on August 20th the work passed inspection the first time without any issues. This clients sabotaged the work that needed no correction, this is not acceptable by any means at all! The course of action the clients decided is what lead me for the first time to walk away from a project! The money that was paid to my company covered the material and labor for the work that was already completed. There was plenty of money on the back end that was left for her to hire someone else to complete the work. My question is where is the forum for contractors rights.

Mr. Falasca and his crew did an amazing job on my 20x24 composite deck. Through many of the challenges that were thrown in the process due to the pandemic, they were very professional in communicating and fulfilling the vision that my wife and I had for our deck. It was a pleasure to see and be apart of the the process. Can't thank them enough. Will definitely use his services for more projects around my home in the near future.

Being a first home buyer and single mother it seems like a lot of people are not trustworthy, honest or Fair nowadays. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE with Luca. He rebuild my patio for a fair price very reliable, clean, fast, honest, respectful and friendly. I'm really happy with the outcome of my patio. I would definitely recommend his company to family or friends and will use him if I need future projects. Thanks.. I will definitely be enjoying my patio this summer!!!:)

As the designer on this project, I worked with both clients and Falasca Home Remodeling on a existing home renovation and an approximate 1000 square foot addition. The project was complex but fairly straightforward requiring attention to detail. Despite challenges with the client, the contractor worked through those challenges with patience and commitment.
The final outcome was a beautiful renovation that we enable the family of 3 to enjoy their home well into the future.

The Falasca team worked very professionally. Since we stayed in the house during the major renovation they cleaned up daily so we would not be inconvenienced. The entire team was courteous and completed the job quickly. They worked with us so we could do some of the work ourselves to save money. Their prices were less than other estimates and their work was above average for similar work completed by others on prior residences. Thank you guys and I look forward to you doing our bathroom in the future.

Luca was recomended to me by a real estate agent Alyssa Kelbaugh. I had never able to pull a trigger on my kitchen remodel because I couldn’t find a contractor I could trust.
Luca and his son impressed me with their professionalism and kindness. I felt like their wonderful Italian family sucked me in and they took care of every detail as if I was their sister.
They helped me figure out how to change the layout of the kitchen (on my pace and without time pressure), they patiently explained what was what (I’m clueless and I get cold sweats when I have to make a trips to Home Depot) . We changed things around a few times.
Sometimes they suggested some small changes that made a huge difference when the project was done, something they Did extra for no extra charge.
They did exactly what they promised to do and more (small things that bothered Luca got fixed: a light in the other room, or garage door acting up :)).
They answered every call and text and worked with me patiently and with care and most of all I love my new kitchen.

I recently contracted with Luca Falasca to demolish a concrete patio and install pavers and new steps at the rear of my house. I have been planning this project for a couple years with ideas from Houzz, did quite a bit of homework on pavers and prepared a concept drawing of what I wanted. I then contacted numerous contractors with four actually calling back and coming out for a site visit. Of the four three provided estimates. Luca’s estimate was in the middle of the three but what impressed me most was how quick he got back to me with answers to questions and adjustments for minor changes. The others were no where near as responsive. I gave a half deposit and the work began at the time scheduled. The workers were very skilled and neat and completed the project in a short amount of time with minimal inconvenience. I was so impressed that I gave him additional work to pave the side of my house. My neighbors constantly comment on how nice the project turned out. I would definitely use him again for a home renovation project if the need arises.

My husband and I are so happy with the new renovations in our home. I waited 14 years to have my main bathroom and kitchen remodeled. This also included a powder room and a screened in porch. Luca worked with us to stay in our budget and still get the desired look we were looking for. They delivered the project on time. I love all my projects!!

The deck which Falasca Home Remodeling, LLC installed was absolutely top quality. The neighbors have commented how beautiful and professional it appears and requested his phone number so that they may discuss having a new deck installed by Falasca. I had the best experience with Falasca Home Remodeling. They made us feel comfortable and relaxed every step of the way. The were able to take a mechanical space and an unfinished space above the kitchen and transform it into a luxurious retreat. They really knocked it out of the park. I am a stickler and they were able to work with me and my wife to give us the ultimate in luxury. Any changes/requests were handled very professionally and courteously. Luca and his crew also took the time to prep prior to beginning the job to minimize dirt and debris. We are so happy that our next project will be done by Falasca Home Remodeling LLC. Thank you from myself, my wife and my kids.

My husband and I had been looking for a contractor for a long time to do something with our horribly small and 1970s terribly wallpapered bathroom. One day, I was in traffic, and happened to see a sign for Falasca Home Remodeling. Something about it caught my eye, and when I got home, I immediately googled him and sent him an email within minutes. He promptly replied and we set up a consultation. We have paid for plenty of contractors to come by and they have charged us completely exorbitant prices as well as just been rude and late. This was definitely not the case with Luca! He immediately put my husband and I at ease, he actually brought a tape measure with him, to get some ideas rolling. His creative ingenuity and kindness completely took us aback, as it was completely the opposite of all the contractors we have spoken with prior. We decided then and there, he was our man. His communication was stellar, prior to leading up to this. Once the two week plus project began, they showed up on time, completely respectful, and were very clean! I couldn't imagine having a more painless bathroom renovation, even with the loud noises. They were always prompt, respectful, and very hard working. My bathroom turned out, better than I could have even imagined. It is simply breathtaking. I couldn't imagine anything more beautiful and perfect, and when we have guests, they are aghast at how awesome it is. Luca created a small, ugly, cramped, bathroom into a beautiful masterpiece. He has already done follow up work with us, and it is reassuring to know we have finally found someone we can trust and who does perfect work. Thanks again, Luca and team, we couldn't be happier. Do not hesitate to contact his company for any and all needs.

Falasca Home Remodeling truly understood our project goals. We were looking to convert an open loft space with a rustic feel, into a more contemperary esthetic while maximizing storage space.
What separated FHR LLC from the other contractors that put bids in for our project were Luca's great ideas and innovative eye.
Throughout the entire renovation Luca demonstrated high quality work, consistent reliabity and professionalism.

Luca is trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and extremely efficient. We hired him to replace our HVAC system, redo a bathroom and other small odds and ends around the apartment. He got the bid back to us ASAP, providing a detailed proposal and schedule, and was quick to coordinate with the building's management in terms of paperwork and other administrative details. We were off site so just handed over the keys and let him do his thing. He kept us up-to-date, sending photographs of his team's progress, and he completed the job exactly as he said would - on time, on budget, and every detail beautifully done. We look forward to working with him again.

I never realized how much I didn't like our kitchen until after Luca remodeled it for us. Completely fantastic. Literally could not be happier with the finished product.

I've used this company twice for different properties. They are very professional with a reliable, competent staff. Wouldn't consider using anyone else. Last project was a condo renovation with limited time constraints. Moved in right on time. They do excellent work from demo to completion.

After interviewing several reputable contractors to essentially rebuild our townhome in Philadelphia, we chose FineLine Construction. The job entailed completely gutting and remodelling the interior, some of the exterior such as the courtyard and bedroom view windows and adding a roof deck with the appropriate additions and repairs; it was an enormous undertaking and took 10 months to complete. We are very pleased with our choice; FLC did what they said they would, when they said they would do it, at the price quoted, were upfront with work-order changes, and brought value-added by suggesting improvements based on their extensive experience, e.g., moving the HVAC unit to the roof and out of the basement. The Falasca brothers have very high standards and expect much from their subcontractors. One, two or all three were on-site overseeing the work everyday. If the inevitable surprise occurred, we received a phone call, an explanation and a list of remedies. Living in Ohio while early demolition and construction was proceeding, we received digital images of the work and progress. Even on the weekends, we received responses to our concerns and questions. Our new home is exactly what we had envisioned - filled with light, open, comfortable; we are surrounded by our books, can retreat to a courtyard or rooftop with a "million dollar view of Center City" or spend time in the theater or Pilates room. I cannot praise the work of FLC enough; the brothers - Larry, Joe and Luca - have become friends and we recommend them unconditionally.

I worked with LJL FLC Construction, LLC on a project where I provided the design and materials for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Initially, my company was to install the cabinetry in the kitchen, but when my contractor became unavailable, they jumped in as to not delay the project. They did a fabulous job and anticipate working with them in the future on our projects.

I hired FLC for a commercial build-out which they managed very well. We experienced a few (sometimes significant) permit delays and they were very accommodating with their timeline and made sure all contractors were ready to go as soon as my permits were issued. They were highly sensitive to the fact that any delays in construction work delayed my business opening so they kept everyone moving at a brisk pace. The work itself was also very good! From mechanicals to flooring, bathrooms and other small details, they made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Now that the business is open, I receive endless compliments on the space. They did a beautiful job and I appreciate how easy and trustworthy they were to work with.

LJL FLC Construction are great to work with - we (homeowner) were lucky to work with them for some repairs on an architecturally challenging 1960s house. We were extremely satisfied with their good work and fair pricing. They are reliable, trustworthy, and were very efficient in getting the job done on schedule. The entire team is easy to communicate with, and willing to take the time to problem-solve and make adjustments when issues came up during demolition. We are extremely happy with their work and look forward to working with them again as we continue the renovation.

LJL FLC Construction is extremely professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and easy to work with. They completed my condo renovation on time and on-budget.
Prior to Start of Renovation: While I received competitive estimates from several contractors, I selected LJL FLC because of how they handled the process. They listened to what I wanted to accomplish; made good, creative suggestions; submitted an itemized estimate within a reasonable amount of time; and even brought me to two other homes they were working on nearby so that I could see their work and speak with the other homeowners (who both gave excellent reviews). I have never heard of a contractor proactively doing that--especially not in center city Philadelphia, where demand is extremely high for good contractors.
During the Renovation: They kept close communication throughout the process so that I always knew the status of the renovation and were readily available to address questions/requests. They handled all interactions with sub-contractors and managed them well.
The Result: A full kitchen and bath renovation, refinished maple hardwood floors (maple is difficult to refinish), new HVAC (had to been installed on roof of 4 story brownstone), and custom built-in media unit/closet. All work was completed on time and on budget and is extremely high quality. They designed the custom built-in to match the original wood work. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the result and will work with LJL FLC on all future projects. They have all the qualities of an exceptional construction company.

FLC Construction did my patio and are now doing the basement. They did a beautiful, gorgeous work that brings me smiles every time I look out to the patio. Everybody that comes to the house comments on it always having positive, wonderful comments. Larry and his team were fast, and created exactly what I wanted. The are extremely pleasant and respectful, always working within the time and budget allowed. I am really excited to see how the basement comes out, but knowing it is in their hands, I know I don't have to worry.
If you have the opportunity to hire them, don't even think of looking anywhere else. I have had bad experiences in the past with other contractors, which allows me to compare and realize what a super group FLC Construction is.

These guys are the best. They show up on time, every day and finish the job fast. They have handled both small (soundproof a wall and install heated tile in basement) and very large projects for me. They have re-done one of my bathrooms, and built from scratch a new bathroom and a laundry room for me. And when they run into an unexpected design issue (which happens in any project) they find a solution and fix it. Very reliable, trustworthy and skilled. What more could you want.

Our project was to enlarge and remodel the kitchen and powder room. We had a wonderful experience working with LJL FLC Construction, LLC from the planning stage to completion. Communication was excellent and attention to detail were taken seriously. They made sure we were pleased and satisfied. The work was done professionally and Joe, Larry, Luca and crew worked everyday to make sure our project was completed on time and on budget. LJL FIC Construction delivered the task as it was guaranteed. The experience was courteous from beginning to end. Not unpleasant incidences were registered in the entire process. Everything was executed as per contract. However, the interaction was personal, therefore, the trust that was built counted more that the written word.

I've worked with Fine Line Construction on personal projects at my own home, and have collaborated with them on projects for my clients and I wouldn't want to use anyone else. They respond quickly to a new project, generate a fair quote, and are eager to review all of the details before they get started. Joe, Larry and Luca are timely, work with a great team, and work hard to make sure each project is completed on time, and to the satisfaction of the client.

I have been using LJL FIC Construction for many years and could not be more pleased. The scale of my project experience with them is broad. It has ranged from installing house numbers to tearing down a wall to a full remodel of my home. Regardless of the level of complexity, Joe always delivers a high quality job. They are very ethical and extremely trustworthy. Lastly, they stand by their work too.
