We manufacture our full line of steel weathervanes in house. We offer over 200 designs to choose from. We create all of our own design work,we use a 1500 watt Mazak laser for all of our steel cutting for precise and intricate detail. We use 3 protective coatings on our weathervanes. Step 1 Zinc chromate plating for better adhesion. Step 2 Antique Powder coat baked on for beauty and durability. 3. clear Powder Coat baked on to prevent fading.
