Eurofase Lighting

Terrible product &terrible costumer service! English is not my first language so sorry about the mistake in advance. We built a new house and the half our interior lights are eurofase and 7 out of 10 exterior lights are eurofase because I thought they are a Canadian company manufacturing quality products. Wrong! very wrong! The $40 Chinese light fixture I bought, installed at the same time and the same location has no issues but 5 out of 7 eurofase lights are very badly rusted only 6 months after they are installed. Plus, frosted glass lose its frost so you can see inside led only after 6 months. I contacted Eurofase and was told since they dont have any stock of this product, i have to contact Lowe's and track down the few left over lights they have in clearance. Manufacturers warranty means a manufacturer takes responsibility and not telling your customer talk to the seller. Now they say i have to call an electrician to uninstall all 5 light fixtures which are installed 15’ above ground and talk to Lowe's to track down this light fixture they have on clearance and then call my electrician again to install them again. Of course they dont pay for the electician visits so it doesn't matter to them when I say i dont want to pay for electrician visit TWICE because their products rusted after 6 months. I built a house and bought a thousand items but this is the worst customers service i ever encounter. Very recently i had problem with my Bosch dishwasher. Not only they give us a new product but also they paid for the installation fee. My basement kitchen range hood has a problem and since the manufacture doesnt carry this product anymore, they contacted wayfair and made sure we got the full refund. Like i said, Eurofase is the WORST. I will stay away from this company and their worse than Chinese productsx
