Robyn did an splendid job with our offices in Lower Hutt. She had a number of excellent ideas regarding colour schemes, fixtures and fittings and captured the overall feel and atmosphere that we were looking for. She also did a great job of liaising with the contractor(s) and managed various bumps in the road with the local council on our behalf. We are very pleased with the end result.

I have worked with Essence Design on numerous projects and Robyn has been fantastic to deal with right through. Every time there is a change required or an update to plans, she responds very quickly and nothing is ever a problem for her. I can highly recommend Essence Design and look forward to working with Robyn again in the future.

Robyn is fantastic to work with. She had a difficult task given some structural quirks with our home. What stoodout for us was the other professional relationships she had e.g. the engineers which was a blessing as we had none. Our builder had also worked with her and had respect for her work. Robyn was able to do more than design what we wanted - she gave us peace of mind. Robyn was always professional, kind and offered choices. I would re-enage Essence Design in a heartbeat on the next project.

We had worked with Robyn and Essence Design on our home renovation project last year and Robyn was fantastic. We had taken our basic concept and ideas to her and she was able to re-craft them into design plans that met exactly what we were looking for. She has been great at taking into consideration the space we are working with and the era of the house a 1920's California Bungalow. We didn't want to lose the character of the house and make the renovation and extension feel as though it was always part of the house. Robyn's design did this and gave us the entertaining and living space that we were looking for. The REVIT programme has been amazing in terms of being able to give us a vision of what the renovations will look like. The ability to create and view different parts of the house is simply priceless. We can highly recommend Robyn as an architect designer. We decided to use Robyn, from Essence Design, when she was recommended to us. Robyn was always extremely professional, polite, with a wonderful personality. She is very knowledgeable and we experienced excellent communication throughout the process. We purchased as old industrial building (just a shell really) and wanted work areas for our business and an apartment for living. Robyn listened to our needs and produced a stunning design which was exactly what we had invisioned. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. We would definitely use Robyn (Essence Design) again and highly recommend her to others.
