We found a model home with Espire/Nupath Homes that we fell in love with. Their Parade of Homes were impressive. We signed a contract in September 2021, and absolutely regret it. Worst decision of our lives and we're still dealing with the aftermath. We had structural issues, pages of code violations, plans and specifications weren't followed countless times, products weren't installed per the manufacturer's specifications, and the list goes on and on. We had to hire an attorney and consult with a structural engineer, as well as address the structural issues on our own in order to finally gain occupancy in January 2024 from the town.
