Alongside a high quality home, the level of service that you purchase is matched by none. EPG cares about their brand and about how their customers interact throughout all stages prior to the sale and even after the home warranty expires. I will never purchase a home in and around Chattanooga unless it is an EPG home because of our experience and I would highly encourage anyone reading this on the fence to give them a chance, you won’t regret it!

We had to opportunity to tour unfinished homes from two different builders in the Hummingbird Village subdivision. We saw the work of the other builder first, and it was quite nice, and we were discussing the possibility of making an offer - the realtor insisted we look at the EPG homes as well, and boy are we glad we did. From the moment we stepped in the house, you could see the superior workmanship and care that was put into the design features and floor plan. It was open and bright. We made an offer on the spot! As the construction finished, we were super happy with the finishes - Evan and his wife are great designers as well. Finally, Johnny and his team has been extraordinarily responsive as we finished out the punch list and waited on final touches. I highly recommend EPG!

We lost our home in the tornado in April. A friend recommended EPG Homes and I am so glad I listened. They made the entire process of rebuilding easy and the results are beautiful. I feel like all of our requests were met and we now have our dream home. Evan and Heath were in constant communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend EPG as contractors. While we didn't hire EPG homes initially, we lucked out on getting one of their new builds. Once our offer on a construction-in-process home was accepted, the communication and work was great. They allowed us to pick out some paint colors, countertops, etc... and honestly, the choices they made WITHOUT us are some of our favorites! (ie: the white subway tile backsplash and shaker cabinets) The team made closing a seamless process, and the care they put into making sure the home was move-in ready did not go unnoticed. We are grateful for all the love and hardwork EPG put into our new home.

We had such a wonderful experience with EPG Homes LLC! They helped us build our first home while keeping timeline and budget in mind. They also are extremely responsive even after the home was completed.

Where do I begin. Evan and Heath were timely, professional, and responsive. They put the same care into our home that they have put into their own homes. Everything ranging from the overall structure to the finest detail was quality work. If a friend or family member was wanting to build, I would give them Evan’s number. If I decide to build again, I will call Evan. We had a baby boy that was due to be born near the time of closing, so Evan deliberately sped up the whole construction process to accommodate the baby. Easily 5/5 stars.

We purchased a large home that had not been updated since the 1960s. We loved the location but the home needed serious updating. EPG Homes worked with us to remodel the entire home inside and out to make our dream a reality. I am speechless every time that I walk in my beautiful kitchen. Evan has been great with following up on all of our questions and additional projects that we have wanted to do since moving in.

Evan Greene, Heath Slaten, and EPG went above and beyond. They accommodated some curveball requests that I had for my home, and have come back 3-4 times to ensure that the job was finished well. Anyone can claim to be a builder these days, but EPG followed through on their word, and gave me an incredible finished product. Would not hesitate to build with them again.

EPG Homes recently completed a new 3bd/2bath home for us that will used as a rental property in the very sought after Downtown Chattanooga area. From the demolition of the existing structure to the point of putting up the mailbox, we could not have been happier. Evan Greene was a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the build and kept a close eye on the progress. He was very conscious of staying within the budget we had agreed on from the beginning and even helped us find out first renters! As people stopped to inquire about the house as it was being built, he passed along our contact information. Our house is the cutest one on the street and we continually get complements from the neighbors. We hope to build another investment home with EPG in 2020.
