Emma earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts at the New York School of Interior Design. In working simultaneously in both interior design and residential real estate, Emma’s expertise in the field has flourished. While specializing in residential interior design, Emma also has experience working on corporate projects serving restaurants, hotels, as well as co-living spaces. Emma has spent time traveling the world, where she has gained insight to a wide variety of cultures’ design traditions and continues to use this as inspiration in her work. Emma’s love for interior design can be seen through the passionate work she puts forth, from the overall concept of a design, to her attention to detail.

Emma is so helpful and sweet and knowledgeable! I was so glad that I booked her for my kitchen upgrade. She made such unique suggestions that I never would have imagined and she’s so passionate about her work. It’s infectious! She’s so personable and never seemed inconvenienced when I asked a million questions. She made sense of the thousand visions I had in my mind and now my kitchen is my favorite part of the house.

I had just moved into my apartment and it was a blank canvas. The only thing I asked was that we use my artwork as the focal point and inspiration for the room. Emma took my artwork and used that color palette to completely furnish and decorate my space. She found a couch/chair set, tables, lamps and a rug to tie it all together. Emma is a professional. She is easy to work with and has a great eye. I would highly recommend her services and look forward to working with her again in the future.

Emma designed a beautiful built-in floor to ceiling cabinet and book shelf unit. Her design is both functional and aesthetically appealing. She used the natural light in my den to reflect off of the unit to make the room even brighter. She listened to my needs and was a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend her design work.

HI was referred to Emma Lynn design by a friend of mine who used her service and I was so glad to have! She was super patient with me as I can kind of be fickle and picky about small details. She took her time with me and when certain things weren’t exactly to my liking she helped me with exchanging merchandise and getting perfect colors and textures... like I said it’s all about the details for me. Emma is an awesome designer who pays attention to such with finesse and class ! I can kind of be a pain in the butt as a client and she was very reassuring that we were going to get the project perfect ! I would highly recommend using her !

Extremely money minded, very unhelpful. i gave her a specific budget to work with and told her to go ahead and order. The design itself was good but the orders have had issues from the get go. She ordered from websites that i have never heard of and then did not want to help remediate issues unless paid for. She did not tell me she had no idea of where she is ordering from and no idea about the quality of product or services i would have just gotten the design done and nothing else. I have had items look like nothing that i asked for, broken products and nothing but an attitude from her. She has a comeback for everything you tell her and is always trying to put the issue on the client instead of being helpful enough to assist. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DO NOT HIRE HER!!! WASTE OF MONEY

Hi Jasna, I'm extremely sorry that you feel this way. I'd like to point out that you ended our business contract due to monetary concerns on your end. It wasn't until after that, that issues with the orders arose. Many of the items were still in transit at the point in which you terminated our contract, therefore I didn't have the chance to see the problems unfold, let alone fix them. Emma Lynn Design does not make any final design decisions without the client's approval. I'm very sorry if the format of our email exchanges were unclear or confusing, and the place from which the items were going to be ordered from was not clear. In the business contract, it states that "While dealing with third parties, Emma Lynn Design, LLC is not responsible for the quality of the product displayed and/or given." You and I both signed this contract, therefore I was under the impression that this was understood. When items are delivered defective, it is absolutely my pleasure to see to it that the item is fixed and/or replaced. Even after you ended our contract, I offered my further assistance multiple times, however it was declined. These issues were taken out of my hands. I'm terribly sorry that you were left to deal with these third party issues on your own. I would have loved to help resolve them. If at any point you wish to resume our contract, I'm more than happy to help.

I've partnered with Emma on multiple projects and have had nothing but a pleasant experience on each of them. Her attention to detail as well as fulfilling the needs of her clients are top notch. Every project we have worked on together has went smoothly due to her communication with both myself and her clients. I would not hesitate to use her services again!

It was an extreme pleasure working with Emma. This was my first time working with a designer and she surpassed all my expectations. After meeting and sharing my ideas, she came back with a beautiful design board that met my needs. She professionally assisted in everything including designing the space, making suggestions as far as furniture, the electrician, cabinet maker, mirror supplier (& installer), contractor, etc. Also any trouble shooting that arose, she took care of immediately. I highly recommend Emma. She was truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you!
