Embers Fireplace is a company I will do business with again! Locally, I have access to three fireplace dealers. Unfortunately on my initial inquire, one of them led me down the wrong path. So I naturally reached out to the other local companies for help. To my surprise more laziness and non-responsive companies. I decided to search online for a complete direct-vent fireplace and ductwork. Figuratively, I am more mechanically gifted/minded than the local intellectual talent I had previously encountered; I could probably tackle this one myself. Pricing wasn’t the deciding factor on the fireplace selection; it was going into my living room and I had to look at it every day. I knew what I wanted in a fireplace and its upgrades. To challenge Embers even more, I wanted to install a new construction unit into an old construction cavity. A little untraditional, however the appearance is much more rewarding than an insert. I reached out to Felix with Embers Fireplaces in NY. I explained to him my local frustrations and fireplace desires (all the “goodies”). He was able to immediately recommend a “new construction” unit to accommodate my “old construction” home. From 500+ miles away, Embers Fireplace was able to crush the local competition. They won on pricing, availability, product knowledge, customer service and field support, truly a class act. The conversation started on a Friday, paid Monday, shipped Tuesday and received Thursday, 6 total days and complete. I was five weeks into the three local conversations with no real progress! Thank you Embers Fireplace for such a great experience.

If your looking for great customer service with the best products at great prices than this place is where to go. You just can't find shops like this around anymore. From the second you walk in the door your greeted and given that small town/ mom and pops shop kinda treatment. Everyone is very knowledgable, polite and respectful whether you are there to by a bag of pellets or the latest top of the line stove on the market. Top notch customer service and a huge selection of products. Oh and they have a great stock of yeti cups as well for when i forget mine on those 100+ degree days! Highly recommended!

Grew up with a wood burning stove, and always wanted one. My contractor and his family highly recommended Embers in Templeton,Ca.Went in they had many stoves to choose from, but not the one I wanted..We worked on what we wanted and explained our needs. We were able to order from a catalog and they also had a similar example on the sales floor..The install by Bill was seamless, he did an amazing job. My stove has been in now for a year and it is beautiful..Go see Embers Fireplace!!

I purchased a wood stove and stove pipe/ductwork from Embers, working primarily with Beau. Fair price, product and ductwork shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. Beau was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Embers.

Purchased a Napolean 50" fireplace for high-end furnished rental unit. Without question the fireplace "makes" the room. First time purchased an electric fireplace and also first to make a purchase like this over the web. The Burning Embers had a great site (web and ebay) and replied promptly and fully to all my questions (and my electrician's) about the fireplace unit, even sending me an advance copy of all installation instructions and operations before purchase. Contacted local supplier of the same Napolean brand fireplace I was coveting and they didn't even have the model in their showroom yet, had no specs to send me and were generally not that knowledgeable, kept saying to come to showroom to learn all about the fireplaces. I didn't have time, my contractor was schedule a week out. Burning Embers provided a better price and service and a brand new model with features I couldn't find at my local brick and mortar store. Arrived on time, without damage. No hidden fees or surprises. I think they even accept returns. You can't go wrong with Burning Embers!
