Elite Solar Concepts have been absolutely great. The Sales Consultant, Taylor, came over and gave the most thorough presentation of anyone we had consulted with (and we received quotes from several companies). He answered all of our questions and made sure to fully understand what we were looking for to make sure we were getting the system that fits our needs. Taylor and the company analyst even provided us two not different panel layouts and quotes to make sure we had all the options in making a decision. Taylor’s manager, Mike, even called afterwards to make sure our questions were answered satisfactorily. Taylor even came back to our house later that evening (well after dinner time) to speak with us again. Their customer service is second to none and their knowledge and expertise far exceeded that of any of the other companies. I would definitely recommend them.

I was, and still am both impressed and grateful for the outstanding manner in which Courtney has handled and facilitated this entire process, ultimately leading to my decision to have Elite Solar Concepts handle the solar panel installation on my home. Courtney was informative, courteous, and she displayed the utmost professionalism during the entire process, and still to this day with her continuous follow ups keeping me informed every step of the way. Courtney was extremely knowledgeable about the company, the product, and the services that she was representing and answered all of my questions and concerns as she presented all of the information and the benefits to my wife and me.
