I purchased a chandelier from Houzz a few months ago. It was a beautiful piece at a very good price. Assembling it was not straight forward and the instructions were left wanting. However it was like a jigsaw puzzle and we had fun with it. It changed my dining room. there was one piece that did not fit near the very end of the assembly. I emailed Edvivi and got a response almost instantly. They mailed me another crystal ball for the part and the rest is history. I believe that is great service!
