We met Robertas in September 2014 on the recommendation of a family friend who had used EcoWoodDesign company's service previously. We had just completed our initial drawings with our Architect and Structural Engineer and did not realise how large and complicated the project we were undertaking was. Our work included a loft conversion (specifically adding a bedroom, bathroom, office, and staircase), removing the original chimney stack throughout the house, installation of a new central heating system including replacing all internal pipework, a new electrical system, and moving our kitchen from the back to the front of the house. Robertas met with us several times before the project started. He provided us with extremely helpful advice on how to plan our loft conversion, specifically regarding improving insulation, soundproofing, strengthening our plasterboard walls, and overall energy management. Robertas also worked with our neighbors to ensure there were no issues regarding the Party Wall Act . The budget which was agreed in the initial quote was adhered to. The completion date in the schedule that was agreed was also adhered to. Since we have started working with Robertas we have always felt completely comfortable that we can ask him any questions throughout the process and receive professional advice. While this team was working on our house our twin-wall flue system installation team was so impressed with their work that they requested their contact details.
