We recently purchased a vacation home (condo) in Florida that sorely needed renovations. We were apprehensive about how to manage such a large project remotely from our home in Massachusetts. Then a friend recommended Dan. From the very first phone call Dan was all about customer service. He worked very closely with us to be sure we got everything we wanted and advised us when there was a better approach. He introduced us to reputable vendors for tile, granite and cabinetry and the quality is excellent. Dan never disappeared (as was my fear after hearing so many horror stories about contractors) and, in fact, stayed in touch on an almost daily basis. At every stage, he emailed us pictures to keep us in the loop on progress and followed up on every detail. As a matter of fact, the last time we came down to the condo we had intended on installing dimmer switches for pendant lights in the kitchen. When we arrived in the evening we saw that Dan had already taken it upon himself to install them in time for our visit. He has been a pleasure to work with - consistent, reliable and genuinely caring about his work and our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Dan Rodgers to anyone looking to tackle a remodeling project.

Dan Rodgers did an excellent job remodeling the bathrooms at our condo in Siesta Key Florida. He worked with us diligently on the design offered his many helpful suggestions based on past experience and provided a 3D rendition of the design that was very helpful in finalizing the design. He worked with us on choosing material and fixtures and his team of craftsman did an excellent job implementing the design. The finished project exceeded our expectations in all aspects. We would recommend Dan for any custom interior retrofit projects and we intend to use him in the future as we continue to remodel our condo.

We allowed Dan to use his creative genius to remodel our master bathroom, and we were glad we did. He did a fabulous job, completed a few days earlier than planned, and on budget. We are already planning the next project for Dan to show us his magic.
