Dan and his crew, office personnel etc were excellent to work with. We did an extensive remodel of main living area - kitchen, office, flooring, etc from Massachusetts and we could not be happier with the results. We were nervous about having a major project done long distance, but everyone kept us updated throughout, even sent pictures as things progressed. We will definitely look to Dan for our next project.

Dan and his crew remodeled our Venice beach condo. They were extremely professionally and stayed on budget. His crew removed walls and soffits raising the ceilings. Total kitchen and bath remodel . We are so happy with results. I would highly recommend them for any remodel.

Dan Rutkowski, Inc. is an awesome company! From the moment we entered their office, we felt comfortable with their suggestions and professionalism! They totally redid 2 bathrooms in our condo, skip-troweled the ceilings, hung ceiling fans in all rooms, redid kitchen lighting, and painted the entire condo including lanai. Excellent workmanship!! We are so happy with their work, that they are returning today to start a new project for us. We wholeheartedly recommend them!

We hired Dan Rutkowski Construction to do a complete gutting, remodeling, and rebuilding of our master bathroom, based on recommendations of others and the fact that his bid was in-line with our expectations. We did get competitive bids which we felt we very overpriced. The de-construction took place while we were on vacation and were pleasantly surprised when we returned that they had taped heavy cardboard over the walkways to the site, and had erected dust barriers in our master bedroom to keep construction dust a minimum. The various subcontractors always arrived on time, performed the work in a quality manner, and cleaned up after themselves. Rutkowski Construction is well known to the tile and granite suppliers and they in turn took the time with us to select our materials, and provided them on time as promised. Throughout the project, there was supervision on-site when required so that there was no misunderstandings about what was expected. The office staff was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed of the various steps throughout the project. We are extremely happy with the finished project and are very happy that we selected Dan Rutkowski Construction.

I am very pleased. I bought an older home which needed a major redo with the bathrooms, floors, kitchen, water stains, drywall issues and more. I hired Dan Rutkowski Construction for a condo kitchen remodel. Dan and his staff were very knowledgeable in helping me with the design and layout of the kitchen. They also helped to select the cupboards, countertops, and appliances. All of this was accomplished through phone and email contact because I live in another state. The team was very easy to work with, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The finished project came out beautiful! The quality of the work was impeccable. There was not a seam to be seen in the countertop, the plumbing and electrical work were well done, and the painting was perfect. Being out of state, I was very nervous about hiring a contractor. Dan and his team kept me well informed, answered any questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable. I trust them explicitly. I also decided to replace the mirror and lightening in the bathroom. Again the work was above my expectations and Dan's team picked out a much needed updated fixture. I would highly recommend Dan Rutkowski Construction for any home improvement project because of the quality of work at very reasonable prices.

Our 2 story home needed a complete exterior siding replacement and multiple second floor window upgrade. This was a fairly challenging project due to the many complex angles the house has, and a second story porch on the structure. We chose Dan Rutkowski Construction because I had seen the company perform excellent work on other local remodeling projects and they were competitive in their estimate. Simply stated, they did an excellent job. From our first contact with the company to the final day of the project, everyone in the company made extraordinary efforts to insure we were satisfied. Everyone on the crew was courteous and thoughtful, always trying to make sure there was minimal intrusion and disruption for us. The Project Manager was awesome, taking time to discuss with us each phase of the construction, how they were solving various challenges with the project, and making all the right recommendations. During every conversation regarding the project, his goal was always "to do it the right way" to use his own words. Communication was excellent, I don't think I had to call them once during the project, they were always contacting us with updates. From our experience they did excellent work at a fair price, finished on time and at budget, and exceeded all of our expectations. That should be something everyone can expect from a lot of construction companies. What I think they did better than anyone was to make us feel like they were doing a project for a family member and were always working in OUR best interest, not theirs.
