Denali Pools

I highly recommend Denali pools . . . Grant Gallinger was the designer and Jeremy Byerly was the construction manager. Both were awesome to work with and the project is truly stunning.

What a great company. The entire project went smooth and effortlessly. I am in the building industry and they completed the build sooner than anticipated, and that is not done these days. I have recommend Denali Pools to everyone I can.

Henry was outstanding as a project manager on our pool. He was always available, helped problem solve, and always went the extra effort to help us through the process. One of the reasons why we chose Denali was to have this type of service/support/guidance, and I’m glad we did. Henry was always able to over-deliver and was extremely commutative on timelines, which was important when dealing with city approvals. I write this overlooking our pool/hot tub that we get to enjoy daily now.

Our experience with Denali Pools has been excellent!! Eliza O was our designer and Jeremy B was our project manager. They are both top notch managers and we highly recommend working with them. 5 stars for sure! They both communicated effectively with us throughout the entire process. We always knew where we were at during both permitting and the build. They were patient and good listeners and provided us with great options to make some decisions. The process to build the pool was fast around 2 months, which included bad weather day postponements, and it was complete! The crew that worked on our pool were professional and punctual. It has been a pleasure working with Jeremy and Eliza and Denali Pools, we are so thankful for all of their dedication, hard work, and kindness. On a side note, the longest part of the process was getting the permit approved by the city, which is no fault of Denali Pools, it's just part of the process that is important to note on your timeline for when you hope to have your pool completed. We started the permitting process in the fall. Got city approval in the winter and our project went underway shortly thereafter. And now we are able to swim in our pool for this entire season. Personally, we wouldn't change a thing with our timeline; start in the fall, so more than likely you can have a completed pool by next summer. Denali was extremely experienced and professional. From Travis, our designer to Jeremy our Project Manager, the process was a well oiled machine! We have a incredible pool that has instantly made us spend more time in our backyard than ever before! We love it!

From the start Travis was solid with his architect and communication. That said - Jeremy Bylery is a keeper! From start to finish he kept the process in control and communicated all the good/frustrating things. It’s a tough process he made it smooth. Denali better keep that guy, he’s going places.

I had designed a pool with a significant number of features and chose to have it built during COVID and the supply chain crisis. I worked with talented Matt Hamilton to get the design and structure that would work for my land. There were some inevitable delays in getting equipment and labor, but I finally have a pool that me, my family and friends can enjoy. The biggest impact in getting the pool completed came from Nate Price. He out delivered. He showed up early, put in long hours, worked each challenge until we had a good solution. If you can get Matt and Nate on your design and build team, then you’ll have a pool you will be thrilled to own.

Jeremy Byerly was our super and was super attentive, I would highly recommend Jeremy and Denali to build any pool!

After meeting with multiple pool builders, we decided on Denali Pools due to their professionalism, expertise, and experience in navigating the City of Austin permitting process. Our salesperson and designer was Keaton, who is laid back yet knowledgeable. Definitely no high-pressure salesmanship; just direct answers and a genuine desire to make sure the customer is getting exactly what they want from their pool investment. Despite numerous questions and design and feature tweaks from our side, Keaton was always patient and accommodating; he never made us feel like we were bothering him. This is exactly what you want in a salesperson and designer. Once the contract was signed, we were assigned our project manager, Henry. Let me just say this: Henry brings deep expertise to the construction process and is on top of things. Don't let his laid-back demeanor fool you; behind the scenes he is masterfully orchestrating all the moving pieces required to get your pool together--from City permitting to excavation, plumbing, electrical, gunnite and finishing and everything in between. Henry was great about checking in with us in addition to checking in on the contractors and he wanted to make sure that what we envisioned was exactly what was being built. There were times when he would ask his crew to put me on the phone to ensure we were all on the same page; this ensured quick alignment and allowed him to give his crews precise guidance with no back and forth “telephone game”. He was quick to make adjustments or redirect his crews if we pointed out anything that deviated from our expectations. It is rare to have a construction project manager that is equally good at managing on-site crews as well as customer expectations, and Henry is the welcome exception. Henry took the time to explain the process, what to expect, as well as not set unobtainable goals or expectations. There was no overpromising and resulting disappointment here. After hearing of friends' experiences with their (other) pool builders, we are so grateful to have entrusted our pool build with Denali Pools, and their professional team that included Keaton and Henry. Nothing this complicated will go perfectly or without hiccups, and the real test of the pool builder is how they deal with those hiccups as well as the customer. Denali Pools has won our trust and our endorsement.

If you don't mind your work site being a disaster for months on end (Food and drink bottles thrown everywhere, piles of trash inside the pool and hot tub, garbage all over your yard and blowing into neighbors) being stalled after you paid them in full, and told the only way they will clean up is if they charge you extra since you are only allowed 1 clean, leaving copper fire pit bowls on the ground in debris and rubble and saying "They will live outside so not sure what the issue is" and being told to not talk to corporate only your supervisor then this is the company for you.

Having researched pool builders in order to make an informed decision for such a significant financial outlay, we chose Denali Pools. I must admit, I was a little fearful about the whole process of building a pool with ANY company because of all the things that could go wrong, but I am elated with our decision. Jeremy, our Denali team leader, is amazing! Because of his expertise in all things swimming pools, we are extremely satisfied with ours. Jeremy never left us hanging when we had questions or concerns, even if it was after hours or weekends. He was quick to get back with us. No matter the issue, Jeremy worked tirelessly towards resolution and our utmost satisfaction. Now that our gorgeous pool is complete, Jeremy has given us great confidence in knowing that we can still call on him anytime. Quality folks like him are a treasure, solid gold. He is a credit to his industry. Denali Pools is extremely blessed to have him!
