She took our wants and needs into the highest consideration and truly helped us to find the best house our money could buy! We highly recommend her!!

I closed on a home in Gahanna on June 1, 2015 and Donna was my realtor. I did not know her when I signed on with her--she was recommended through an acquaintance who is a realtor in another area of the state. We quickly got on the same page about what I was looking for and on April 12 (a Sunday) she showed me five homes in Gahanna. Donna has a trained eye for the little things. For instance, a family room had been added to the first home we went through and she noticed that the floor sloped ever-so-slightly downward heading toward the back of the house. In another, she pointed out some of the upgrades that others didn't have, like nicer handles on the kitchen cabinets, etc. She likes to discuss what you're thinking, which helps her to be the best advocate for you that she can be. Once I decided on the house the inspection was done and a potential problem was found that needed to be addressed quickly. I had to go to work after the inspection and was locked into my job for the rest of the day while Donna made contact with a service company and met someone at the house that very afternoon. The potential problem, which Donna and I agreed could have blown a hole in the deal, was quickly remedied by her. In addition to all of these attributes, Donna uses a system that allows her clients to sign papers on-line. She catches the little things, like unchecked boxes or incorrectly worded documents and works well with the other realtor and the lender, etc. Donna told me that she limits the number of clients she takes on so she has time available for them. And she does. She is always within reach when you have a question or concern.
