Dobson Floors Flooring America

We had about 2000 sq ft of flooring and carpet installed by the Dobson location in Frisco. Our salesperson was honest and up front, showing us how to stay within our budget and still get quality products. They have a wonderful priced line of carpeting called Dreamweavers (I believe) and gave us a free upgrade to the premium pad. For our laminate we chose Lawson. It's very durable and easy to clean. We had a slight moisture problem that the installers detected. They called our salesman and he told me we'd need an additional underlayment but it was only $100 extra. The installation had to be delayed by one day because of the moisture but otherwise everything went smoothly. It is always an upheaval for a family when getting new flooring installed but the Dobson crews made things as painless as possible. I would recommend Dobson to anyone.
