Residential house plans that work! I have been designing homes for over 15 years for contractors, homeowners and lumber yards. What sets me apart is that I worked for a lumberyard for 10 years selling building materials to contractors where I learned hands on in the field from the Pros. During those years, I was also trained in residential estimating, engineered products and floor systems as well as engineered roof trusses. As a result, you get a home that is engineered right from the start and that works!

We will provide working drawings for construction, estimates or permits to enable contractors and homeowners to build their next home, garage, deck, addition or remodeling project. Drawings are computerized with PDF which is created to be sent through email to keep a great line of communication open. 3D elevation video is created so you can really see how your project will look before you build it.
