We literally could not recommend Nici and DJ Ten Hoeve more highly! There should be an option for 10 stars. Not only did they do a great job representing us, they were also so very flexible, as we both travel a lot, and ended up with so many conference calls, coordinating multiple time zones. They communicated via email, text, or phone – however it was easiest for us at the time. We had been looking without any success with a different firm – and after months of frustration, I reached out to a childhood friend that is a realtor elsewhere. She recommended Nici and DJ – and I am so thankful that she did! When we told DJ during our first call how frustrated we were, he promised to turn that around. Boy did they! They took the time to really listen to what we were looking for – reviewed our feedback on a sampling of MLS listings – we ended up finding our house on the first outing! After that, the service didn’t slow down – they guided us through every step of the process, and successfully advocated for us through a couple of bumps along the way. With DJ’s construction background and Nici’s superior attention to paperwork and detail, this team ensured absolutely everything happened in our favor and on time. We have every confidence that Nici, DJ, and their protégé, Victoria will be able to help you find your home, or sell what you already have. While we don’t anticipate needing their services any time soon, we highly recommend that you choose to go with this great team!
