DJ Floors

It is not very often that I am compelled to write a review but I felt that it was an absolute must this time. So far I have contracted DJ Floors 2 times and both times I was very impressed with every aspect of the work that this company performed. They were very quick to respond to my questions. The prices are more than reasonable and the actual work is excellent. First time I have contracted them a little over a month ago to replace carpeting on the steps leading to the second floor and the corridor on the second floor. They did a great job installing hardwood instead of carpeting and cleaned up the area rally well after they were done. Second time was a couple of days ago to replace an existing hardwood flooring in a very large family room and a couple of steps. The crew arrived at 8AM and left around 12PM! Everything was done! The floor looks spectacular! Again they cleaned up after everything was done extremely well. This company does fantastic job weather it is customer service related or the installation itself! Very pleased with DJ Floors! My daughter is having her floors replaces very soon and I am definitely engaging DJ Floors to do the job.

We had a great experience with D.J. Floors. Everyone was very professional and pleasant to work with.They worked with us through unexpected changes in our project. As part of the project our furniture needed to be moved. Everything was handled with great care. They completed the work as scheduled and went out of their way to make sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. The finished product is beautiful. Their recommendations for stain and commercial grade polyurethane contributed to the overall excellent appearance. Our floors were damaged in many places and their refinishing corrected all of those issues. We are very pleased with our floors and our experience with D.J. Floors.

In February, 2015, DJ Floors installed Mirage floating Hardwood floor in our family room over asbestos tile flooring. We are delighted with the look and feel of the finished product. From start to finish, our experience with DJ Floors was professional and friendly. At every stage, the communication was clear and cooperation with questions and timelines put us at ease. On my initial visit to the DJ office, Daniele Chiscop, who was very knowable about flooring issues listened carefully to our needs and clearly explained our options for covering asbestos tile. We chose the Mirage product but were concerned with choosing the right color. Again Daniele was helpful and made sure we had the samples to bring home to make a decision. Magnus was very prompt and professional throughout the estimate and installation phase. The cost was reasonable for the high quality of the installation and the product.

DJ Floors were prompt, reliable, responsive and professional in their communications and work throughout the project.. They were recommended to me by my cabinet installation company who have very high standards. DJ provided a quote and timeframe for the job and assisted with picking up of the materials from the tiling company. They complied fully with the rules of our coop building and were always courteous. Our tiles are very large and not easy to lay, the work is extremely good and makes us appreciate the pricing of the job as appropriate.

I hired DJ Floors to install hardward flooring in our home office. The project manager, installers and office personnel were very easy to work with. I am really impressed with the finished project. The installers were able to match up the new floor boards with an existing floor that met up with the room. You would not know that the jobs were done at different times. Thank you DJ Floors!
