Trost Custom Homes is a contractor I work with often. They offer a professional and reliable contracting service that provides clients comfort and security when diving into a project. Incredibly nice and honest, it makes working with them easy. Projects of any type can be stressful, having a contractor who keeps it all together and has a great attitude makes the whole process so much more enjoyable.

Diron and his guys did an awesome job of carrying out our vision for an addition on our home and renovations to the existing space. They were super professional, timely, friendly, and hard-working, all while making it possible for our family of 4 to keep living in our home throughout the process. We are so very thrilled with the final product - 6 months after completion, I still get giddy when I realize this is actually my house! We couldn’t be happier with the work that was done, or with the process throughout, and would highly recommend Diron to anyone looking to customize their own home in any way.

Being a designer at Classic Kitchen & Bath I work along side Trost Custom Homes to create beautiful kitchen and bath spaces. Hi! We provided Audio/Video, Security and advanced Lighting services for one of their clients. I loved working with this builder!! They were always on the jobsite and available to answer any questions we might have had. Also they had a really neat way of connecting with the subs and clients together with an easy way to post on a timeline what phase the construction was in and when there were going to need us to return. This was very helpful allowing us to prepare to return to the jobsite and good for the client so they would also know what was going on. Their build quality and attention to detail was very impressive. Also tying up loose ends to make sure the job got finished properly and making sure we did everything we were supposed to was awesome. I would love to do more work with Troust Custom Homes!!

We hired Ben and Diron based on recommendations from a couple of trusted friends, one just retiring from the home construction business, and the other a financial advisor......originally we were going to get quotes from 3-4 builders, but after interviewing Ben, and seeing some of his work, we cancelled our other appointments and proceeded with Trost Custom Homes. Ben was a pleasure to work with....pays very close attention to every detail, is a meticulous planner, has practically no waste in materials or time of his workers, and has character beyond reproach.....his main concern is to do things right, and the quality of his finished product reflects that philosophy.....because of his attention to quality, he's not the cheapest guy in town nor is he the fastest guy in town, but if you want a job well done, you can't go wrong with Trost Custom homes. Our arrangement was a "time & materials" contract, as opposed to a specific fixed-price contract for the job....we reviewed all expenses on a monthly basis.....he was over and under budget in a number of places, as were we, but the end result was within a tolerable proximity to what we expected to spend. Only negative I can offer is in the landscaping....feel they should have engaged other professionals to do this instead of doing it themselves. I have recommended him to other friends and prospects.
