Andrew did a great job estimating my difficult 2-level deck. He was professional and friendly and answered all my questions promptly. When I asked to see a railing sample in place, he found me a customer within a mile of my home. Really, he has gone out of his way to be helpful with not-the-easiest client, and I look forward to giving him more business in the near future. One thing I especially like about his business is that he takes care of his employees with retirement savings accounts and a health plan. That's why he's got great workers on his team.

I can't say enough good things about Dexperts. They were professional in every aspect of the job, from Andrew's first visit, all the way through to some final finishing touches that I hadn't even asked for. Kevin and his crew were really a pleasant bunch of guys and they all knew what they were doing. I would definitely use them again.

The team was amazing. We required a new deck. We did not want the composite. We decide on Red Balu (Batu). Once we started, from deconstructing out current deck and replacing with the new decking it took just 10 days. I know this is a cliche, but they exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds. They were professional in all aspects, clean up was immaculate and the craftsmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend without a bit of hesitation.

I hired Dexperts to replace and upgrade our two decks. We had astroturf on the decks previously and it was seriously beyond it's expiration date, shedding bits of green all over our house, down the storm drain and into our front yard. The owner contacted me quickly, came to the house, made recommendations and brought over examples of decking he'd recommend. We signed the contract, and there was about a two month wait for the work to start. Once the work began Dexperts removed and disposed of the old material, enhanced the shoddy framing, while taking care not to damage the non-permeable membrane under the frame, and laid out new composite decking. They estimated the work would take two weeks, but once it got started it was basically 98% complete in 5 working days, only delayed due to some materials showing up late. The owner and team was always very responsive, personable and flexible. Though they are not cheap, their work is high quality and you can tell they are subject matter experts in their area of focus.

Andrew was very courteous, professional, and responsive. He made it easy to understand our options and explained everything in detail; it was clear he has vast knowledge and experience in deck materials and design. The crew is the best we've ever worked with as they were punctual, hard-working, detail-oriented, and very friendly. We're thrilled with our new deck and highly recommend them for any deck project!

Dexperts is an outstanding company. We had three decks removed and new ones built this past spring. Andrew & Kevin were VERY responsive & communicative throughout the project. Dexperts were incredibly responsive and professional right from the start. Communication was easy and quick. Lots of great details were provided via email prior to our quote. Andrew was on time and gave great insight to my wants and needs for our deck project. He was quick to get us a quote back and when our needs changed he was able to customize our project for it to be exactly what we wanted and needed! The employees that built our deck worked efficiently but with a strong attention to detail. I honestly could not be more pleased with the results! I would recommend Dexperts to any and everyone!

Our project was fairly small, consisting of a deck replacement, new stairs to the ground from the deck and replacing the front steps. We were impressed with how quickly they got everything taken apart and put back together. The crew was friendly and professional. The finished product is solid and the result of a quality team that takes pride in doing a good job. We wholehewrtedly recommend Anderw, Kevin and their crew to anyone looking for a new deck or a deck repair.

Dexperts replaced our lower deck which surrounds our hot tub. One entire side of the deck had two stairs going to the yard. They started the project on Monday morning and completed the job on Wednesday afternoon. The quality was amazing. The guys were competent, worked efficiently and obviously knew what they were doing. You could take a measuring tape and measure the distance between each of the boards and you would find it consistent. I have no reservations recommending Dexperts if you want a quality job that you can be proud of that will stand up well in the Washington weather!!

Excellent job, they came on time and were done before lunch with my beautiful cable railing. Excellent clean up also. I would recommend them anytime.
