Carrie was great to work with. She was very thorough and had a great attention to detail. We wanted something a little unique and but also clean and classic. She helped us figure out what to do with our dated ceiling light and created a cool focal point on the ceiling. We love our kitchen!

I had a small project of putting up backsplash in my kitchen. Carrie from UKB was the designer who was assisting me. She instantly knew this was important to me as I have been waiting many years to have my kitchen remodeled. Even though my project was small she treated me and it with ultimate respect. Going above and beyond what she would of had to do to make sure I would be happy with the end results. In this world it is hard to find employees who actually care about their customer and their needs, not just put in their time for a paycheck. Ultimate Kitchen and Bath has my future business!

It was a pleasure working with Carrie at Ultimate Kitchen & Bath. She was a huge help in remodeling two bathrooms in our home. They turned out beautifully! The contractors they hired to do the work were all great to work with and did a wonderful job! The only hitch we had was a problem when they measured the vanity for the main bathroom which added time to the project because we had to wait for a smaller piece to be delivered. When it was all said and done, we were very pleased with the final product!

Ultimate Kitchen and Bath took my shower from headache to HOLLA!! We had some tile damage that I tried to DIY and it turned into a nightmare. My advice: call a professional! Carrie worked with me to design the perfect solution to my problem. By replacing our tile with Onyx we not only have a watertight shower, but it looks absolutely gorgeous and you would never know it wasn’t done with the original build. Carrie was patient, helpful and always followed through with every detail. My master bathroom has never looked better and I no longer have to worry about water damage. We hired DeAnn Reif, Ultimate Kitchen & Bath to complete two projects for us that occurred back to back. We remodeled our kitchen as well as our master bathroom. It was an very positive experience. She provided superb guidance in design options when planning the projects. She gave us accurate estimates, completed the work in a timely manner and worked with excellent contractors. When we ran into glitches, as often happens with a remodel, she was available to brainstorm with the contractors to find resolution. We have just completed our second bathroom remodeling project with Ultimate Kitchen and Bath. Both projects were handled with friendly, efficient service and well made products. As with all remodeling projects, things can and will go wrong occasionally, but UKB worked quickly to get the problems resolved to our satisfaction. DeAnn was easy to reach by phone, text and/or email. All of the subcontractors she hired for our projects were courteous and performed their parts of the project very well. DeAnn helped narrow the broad range of choices of finishes, colors, etc. for me so that I could quickly choose the products that best fit my needs and budget. Brittany with Ultimate Kitchen and Bath helped my husband and me with our kitchen remodel to meet our needs. I've employed Ultimate Kitchen & Bath twice. First, to do a master bedroom/bath remodel in 2012 and then a kitchen/family room remodel in 2014. I would not have returned to this company if I thought their work was less than great!! DeAnn & Brittany continued to make changes to the designs, at my request, until I was completely satisfied. The trades employed, from construction to plumbing to electrical to tile work, were all efficient and professional in their respective areas. I continue to recommend UKB and all the trades to my friends and co-workers.

In 2013, we did a kitchen remodel along with updating a bathroom & family room. We were unsure of what we wanted to do but we saw a computer drawing of the kitchen with the cabinets & then were able to tweak anything to fit our style. We absolutely love the kitchen & it is an excellent workable space for us. Brittany arranged the appliances to make everything flow & more than one person can be preparing food at the same time. In 2015 we did a home office remodel which included a cabinet for hunting gear. Another case in which we didn't have any idea what we wanted & relied on the computer drawing again to get an idea & tweak it from there. We couldn't be happier working with Brittany thru both remodels. Also, any of the ladies helped with questions that we had along the way. All 3 of them are very knowledgeable about products. I would definitely hire them again for any projects that requires flooring, paint decisions, cabinets, hardware, etc. We also used their contractors in both remodels & are very happy with the work they do. UKB relieves a lot of the stress with remodel projects because they arrange for all the contractors to come in a timely fashion. Everyone is great & we would highly recommend all of them!

We have used the services of DeAnn and Ultimate Kitchen and Bath to complete two bathroom projects. Because it has been years since we built our homes I was out of touch as to the best products to use. I also did not have time to complete a ton of research and become an expert on all things related to bathroom design. I provided DeAnn a layout of our bathrooms, briefly explained what I thought I was looking for and requested she provide me options to choose from. What I have found out is that DeAnn is truly an expert and I can place my trust in her knowing I will get an honest opinion and the best service possible. I am exceptionally particular about customer service and I can say DeAnn has this figured out. She provided hands-on service, made multiple visits to our home to manage the project and made herself available via text, phone or email and nearly any time of the day. In the coming year we plan to update two additional bathrooms and eventually complete a full kitchen remodel. We already know we won't need to shop for a service provider as DeAnn and UKB will be our first choice for assistance with these products.

I hired DeAnn Reif with UKB for our house remodel and addition. We purchased several items from her store. She has a lot of great ideas and really listens to what the customer wants. Would totally recommend her, she has a true knack for what she does. She can vision several options immediately in her head and can give options to chose from. Great with color combinations and what things will work together. We did a new kitchen and family room and redid a bathroom and added another bathroom and added a walk in closet to master bedroom. We had a very tight timeline for project completion and she made sure everyone working on the project understood this and the work was completed on time. We were waiting for our countertop to come from the manufacturer and our deadline was approaching, so DeAnn offered to drive 200 miles to pick up the countertop to make sure we got it on time.
