Jennifer Johnson-Ethan Allen Chesterfield

We recently updated our living room. October 2019 with a sofa & 2 chairs with coordinating pillows . Jennifer, at the Ethan Allen store, was with us from day one of our project. In the store she helped in the selection of the upholstered pieces we wanted to replace. She came to our home and brought several fabric samples and continued to give us new design ideas. When we returned to the store to finalize the project, she had the selected fabrics prepared for us to view. She never seemed rushed to finish our project, but took her time to make sure we were happy with all we selected. After our order was placed, she updated us every few weeks with the progress. Jennifer was so professional and knowledgeable with the EA products and fabrics. She was a pleasure to work with and we will call her for any projects in the future. Our furniture was delivered on Saturday afternoon. Jennifer called us Saturday evening to ask how we liked everything. We have been EA customers for many years and worked with many different design professionals. Jennifer is by far the best designer we have worked with at EA. Our project turned beautiful. I would recommend Jennifer to anyone who is wanting to do a design project in their home.

My experience with Jennifer was one of complete satisfaction. It only took a few minutes of talking with her in the store before she sat down and accurately sketched what I was talking about and made remarkable recommendations. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding and she made sure we tested each piece of furniture we were interested in for our personal comfort level. She came to our in-home visit with a complete and beautiful design and fabric samples that met our criteria from which we made our final choices. Her level of professionalism and the quality of her designs allowed me to feel confident in my decisions. She was totally prepared at every appointment and never failed to respond to phone calls and emails with immediate results. We would certainly choose Jennifer again for any future design projects. She was excellent at understanding what we wanted and bringing our ideas to reality. The result is beautiful.

Jennifer nailed our vision again! Our dining room was the second room she tackled for us and I don’t know how it’s possible but she created something I loved even more than our hearth room. She is a consummate professional and fantastic at what she does. I will be highly recommending her to anyone and everyone who will listen!

I would give Jennifer 10 ⭐️s if I could. She has an excellent eye for design, is exceptional in deducing client vision, and makes what I perceived would be a stressful experience very easy.

I enjoyed working with Jennifer. She helped me design a beautiful interior that I am very happy with. She helped choose pieces for my main living area including dining and living. She has a great eye for design, color, and how to coordinate different pieces. She pays attention to details. She came to my house to measure my space and created a layout/floor plan that was very helpful in deciding what size furniture would be best for my space. I purchased a dining table, dining chairs, 2 sofas, and 2 chairs.

Jennifer did a great job of designing our hearth room for us. She was given a difficult task with our wish list and the confines of the space and configuration, but she came up with a plan meeting all of our goals for the room. She thought outside the box and drafted a plan of the room - meeting with us both at home and then at Ethan Allen to go over options and pieces. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product!

Jennifer was the consummate professional. She did a very thoughtful design when we renovated our family room. The nicest thing was that she started with a treasured wall hanging and used that as the lynchpin for the entire room. She coordinated the carpet, central rug and the new furniture. It all came together perfectly. Thank you, Jennifer! We would recommend her without reservation.

Jennifer is the utmost professional, an amazing help to us in remodeling our home. She is knowledgeable and very thorough when it comes to her design-project. Her design skill-set of bringing pieces all together is incredible but also took time to listen to our personal preferences. She has the ability to take charge and motivate us to achieve our goals. She is a "Master" in Home Interior and we will continue to work with her with utmost pleasure, delight and enthusiasm.

Jennifer was a great design professional to work with. We used her services initially for our dining room - we purchased a dining set and rug but she helped us coordinate the room with other existing pieces and had great advice for what to put on walls, etc. We were very pleased with how the project turned out and asked her for help again when we redid our master bedroom. Again, she was knowledgeable and professional and helped us create a lovely space. We would highly recommend her services.

Jennifer is so easy to work with. She puts in the extra effort and customer service that is needed to complete a project. I love what she has accomplished so far and will work with her through completion of my home. She see's the big picture and is excellent at keeping the project moving forward with focus. Jennifer was fantastic. She listened to both my husband and myself. We often have different ideas and found us the perfect sofa, chair and ottoman and accent chair. Plus fabric to use on our dining chairs as well. Jennifer made two trips to our home to make sure the dimensions and fabrics fit well. I was a drop in the Ethan Allen in Chesterfield and could not have felt more welcome.

Jennifer did an excellent job helping us design our new dining room. The fabrics she recommended are perfect, as well as the lighting. We are very pleased with the outcome.
