Demetri Roubanis

We live on a floating home and originally had what amounted to a very small galley kitchen. Demetri was able to see the vision we had for opening it up into a more visually appealing and practical floor plan. His ability to understand what we wanted and provide suggestions to maximize utility of the usable space was fantastic. The 3D rendering he made was nearly spot on to what we ended up with. We have had our new kitchen now for several years and absolutely love it.

Demetri helped us redesign and remodel our kitchen. The result is great and with high quality. It is now a year since we finished the project and we are happy with our new kitchen.

Demitri has helped us twice now, last year with a kitchen facelift and this spring with a complete redesign of our master bathroom. We love working with Demitri as he is very knowledgeable and has an excellent eye for design. At the same time, he is very attentive to our tastes and to our budget. We have already recommended his services to our friends.

Demetri did a fabulous job designing our new kitchen. He listened to our wish list, presented options that fit our style and walked us through the process so we understood every step. He is a great designer, with a keen eye to detail. He communicated our plan effectively to all involved in the process. He was right on as far as budget and timeline. Both were exactly as expected. On time, on budget. We are extremely satisfied with our choice of Kitchen Plus and Demetri made it all possible!! (I don't know how to include photo's or I would!!)

Demetri is great. He listens very closely, and works very hard, to ensure that you get exactly the kitchen you want. And if anything goes awry, Demetri is on the case, and makes sure everything is sorted out to your satisfaction.
