If you use the Better Business Bureau's website to look us up, you'll find that we have a clean record - on the rare occasion that we may encounter a dissatisfied customer - we work until we get it right. We do not use commissioned sales or service people: that is, no one has a monetary interest in selling you more than you need. Most large companies, even the ones that are household names, aren't really garage door specialists. Sure, they sell the product - and they hire subcontractors that will install the door for you - but do they really have your best interests at heart? These big companies have found a way to get your money, without really having to be a responsible contractor. They hire the cheapest subcontractors they can find, make you wait several days - sometimes weeks for your product to be installed, and then blame the subcontractor if anything goes wrong. Try getting a warranty issue taken care of by an oversized customer service department and an underpaid subcontractor. We are your start-to-finish, and next year's tune-up company. You can speak with the boss directly, and get through on the first call to someone who can help you. We do not offer free financing, however we do accept major credit cards, checks and cash.
