Online Design, check out my newest design service! I will personally design every element of your space including the layout, paint colours, furniture, accessories, lighting and more. No junior designers are employed, you will be working directly with me. We will work together through a secure design portal where you can review all of the design elements and all our communication is kept together. ----I provide you with a comprehensive shopping list.---- Personally selected by me for you to suit your style, your budget and your lifestyle. If you want to try before you buy or oder everything online or a combination of both that is no problem. I am not tied to any supplier and will select from the retailers that best suit you, including IKEA. Want something more bespoke? I also offer custom designed and built furniture, cabinetry and curtains. -----I provide you with 3D drawings, Floor Plans and layouts.---- No need to guess the positioning of your new and existing items, I provide you with a to scale floor plan and elevations with the size and placement of each item. This includes the small details like the exact height and placement of artwork. -----I provide you with a detailed room guide and backup support via email and video-conferencing.----- I am dedicated to offering you outstanding customer support and service. We will correspond by email throughout the process and I will send you all the details you need in writing. If, however, at any stage of the process you need additional phone or video support to clarify anything or just give you that extra level of comfort I am here for you. I also offer complete interior design and project manage from inception to completion in Ibiza. I also offer my Designer for a Day service in Ibiza and twice a year in Ireland. Hepburn Designs recently helped us with the re-furbishment of a 2 bed apartment in Dublin that had been rented for over 10 years previously and was in a pretty bad state. The apartment needed a total refurbishment (bathroom, kitchen, floors, wardtobes etc) and our experience working virtually (Deirdre in Spain, Us in Dublin) with Hepburn Designs on this project was nothing short of Excellent and we could not recommend Deirdre and Hepburn Designs highly enough. We had worked with Hepburn Designs before in Dublin and found them to be excellent but the challenge for us this time round was Deirdre was based in Spain throughout the project, owing to her other work commitments. We are delighted to say that the project was a huge success went really well despite this logistical challenge. Thanks to the advances in technology, we were able to exchange floor plans and photos while we agreed our requirements. Helpburn Designs then provided a detailed specfication to address our individual requirements, broken down by item within room which had links to various websites where we could source the goods online. What we achieved, thanks to Deirdre and Hepburn Designs was an apartment which exceeded our expectations. It was really modern and clean yet comfortable and warm and we are delighted with it. Through Hepburn Design's choice of colouring and modern furniture, fittings and soft furnishings we got the look we really looking for. Despite Deirdre being in Spain, we did not lose anytime, as Deirdre was very responsive to any questions we had and through the use of photos and floor plans we were able to overcome any design obstacles when it came to room shapes and lighting requirements. Finally if you find yourself in need a top quality interior design experience I recommend you use Hepburn Designs and as for the virtual working approach, it works really really well.

I can’t recommend Hepburn Designs highly enough. Deirdre understood what I was trying to achieve and helped me to realise it. The fantastic thing about Deirdre is that she is very practical and was happy to work with the furniture we already had. On her advice we moved furniture to different places around the house to great effect and only had to buy soft furnishings and other small items. Deirdre also took account of my budget when selecting these items. As a result, we achieved a major transformation for a relatively low cost. On a personal level, Deirdre is a lovely lady and very easy to get along with. Highly recommended!

I used Deirdre’s Designer for a Day Service for the second time recently to work through a couple of interior design topics (lighting throughout the house, storage solution for a walk in wardrobe, design for a living space etc.). We also mapped out the next steps to completing the items and she provided some very useful contacts of reliable trades people. Working with Deirdre was very productive, as she never pushed only her ideas while we discussed different options, so I am very happy with the plan of action we worked out. Deirdre arrived on time, provided me with very useful notes on the results of the day, kicked off the first steps to getting the chosen solution implemented and enabled me to take over the running of the implementation project very easily. Exactly what I wanted!

I really enjoyed my designer for a day experience. I would highly recommend Deirdre to anyone planning a renovation. I went from having a vague idea of what I wanted, to having plans for my new kitchen that I can share with my builder. I loved Deirdre’s ideas for the space and the decor. Having spent the day with Deirdre i feel equipped to get started on the renovation, confident that the choices we made together are right. Lastly I would mention that Deirdre is really easy to work with, the time flew by and was so enjoyable.

Deirdre 's " designer for a day" is a superb service. Deirdre builds on what you have, helps sense check your ideas and adds a new perspective from her vast experience. She helped us to look at the space differently and provided detailed floor plans for our kitchen extension. I am sure we will use Deirdre again once we kick off the project. She is also a pleasure to work with.

Deirdre's designer for a day service was absolutely fantastic. We are completing a remodel and house extension. We weren't particularly happy with the existing plans and my brains was completely frazzled from sleep deprivation having recently had a baby. Deirdre immediately spotted issues with the existing plans and 'rescued' us from some very expensive mistakes. She very quickly grasped what were trying to achieve and what our style was. She went through the house room by room and decisions which would have taken me days or even weeks she helped us make in minutes. Her work pace is unbelievable! She was extremely knowledgeable and professional and had a large range of samples to view on the day which really helped with decision making. It was particularly helpful that she promptly emailed a typed copy of all the design suggestions from the day along with a list of trusted trades people. Her friendly easy going approach made the day a real pleasure. She has an obvious passion for her work and helping people achieve their ideal home.

Deirdre provided us with the "Designer for a day" service as part of our extension project. It was a very enjoyable day, extremely practical advice, and we felt we got real value from the consultation. We would have no hesitation in recommending this service for anyone. Well worth thinking about at an early stage in the project, ideally long before the first fix.

We hired Deirdre as we needed our house re-wired and totally re decorated. We had a few problem areas and she was a great help in giving us ideas on how to make things work better for us. She went through the house room by room advising us on lighting options, furniture placement, colour schemes etc. She was a really nice person to work with and had great knowledge of web sites for furniture, paint, lighting etc. Deirdre e mailed the plan she had worked out with us along with the names of trades people which we could contact. We enjoyed our day very much and would highly recommend her to anyone.

I used Deirdre's designer for a day service and it was exactly what i needed! She talked through all my existing ideas and we decided what would work or not, and she had some great design solutions to some problem areas in the house. I would definitely work with Deirdre again in the future.

I really enjoyed my designer for a day experience with Deirdre! It was more than inspiration, it was an education as I now feel like I have some of the tools to help me finalise the designs we discussed on the day. Great ideas, listens carefully, picks up cues to inspire the design ideas so it feels familiar, good range of budgets catered for, full details of stockists and lots of trades people to recommend. I would highly recommend! I only wish it could have been longer!
