Carlton House Fireplaces

Great all-round experience, after 20 years of having an open fire we finally decided to move to a gas fire. Did the usual visited a few showrooms, looked online. Then we went to Carlton House and they were just what we were looking for. Straight talking and sensible people who took us through the options, and the pit falls, and were just very helpful in a non pushy way. The day of fitting went like dream, the two fitters were brilliant they knew what they were doing and just got on with it and kept the dust to a minimum, which is not easy. One of the pit falls we knew about was the digging out of our old fire, we were told it would be loud and it was, very! We've had the fire about a month now and its just great, should have done it years ago. Thank you Carlton House Fireplaces.

Victoria and Lee are two of the nicest people in the fireplace industry. Nothing is too much trouble and their showroom is one of the largest and extensive of its kind. Very much looking forward to working with them again soon.

This family run firm is excellent - from the first visit to the showroom to completion the service has been top class. They removed and re-fit our fireplace and supplied a new fire correcting all the faults of a previous companies installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending them and wish they had been our first port of call - do yourself a favour and make them yours. Thank you to the Decorum team.

Delighted with our new wood burner fitted by Decorum Fireplaces! Professional advice from the start & excellent service. The work was done in a day by two friendly chaps who obviously take a real pride in their work. The wood burner is easy to light & makes very little ash as the wood burns down to virtually nothing. We can highly recommend Decorum, next step in our lounge revamp is knocking down a wall!

We have used Decorum to design, supply and fit 2 fire surrounds/hearths and 3 wood burning stoves. They provide an excellent service form start to finish holding your hand all the way through from initial home survey, design, choice of stoves through, fitting to completion . Their fitters are very professional and tidy and the end products looks amazing once the projects have been completed. Great service, knowledge, value and customer service - I couldn't recommend them enough!!! Paul Morris
