Dean Sharp the House Whisperer

Dean and Tina were wonderful to work with on our house renovation process. Our circa 1960's home has a new, revived feel. Basically, they helped us utilize the space in the best way possible; we seriously would have been lost without them. 3D designs and multiple drafts were provided, along with a lot of patience with my indecisive husband. They were more than accommodating with our questions via text and email, and would spend a lot of time on the phone with us (since we lived so far away). They helped guide us with material selection as well. I love our house, and I would totally recommend Dean and Tina.

My wife and I purchased a 50 year old Dutch Barn style equestrian property that needed a lot of both aesthetic and functional updating. In my previous neighborhood, I had been watching progress on a total remodel and was impressed by how quickly and efficiently the work was proceeding. Also, the design makeover was notable in how subtle yet remarkable the effect was. So, I introduced myself to Dean and I immediately understood he was no ordinary designer. I hired him on the spot. Dean and his wife Tina are a great team in that they both have design backgrounds and Dean understands all aspects of construction. Together they came up with solutions to functionally modernize our 50 year old Dutch Barn equestrian property while simultaneously maintaining the style integrity of the house. Every step of the way, Dean was very consultative and responsive, and provided us with multiple design options to choose from. He would explain the reasons why certain styles would work versus some of the ideas we had which were not necessarily in keeping with the Dutch Barn style. We are thrilled with the outcome and have had nothing but compliments from everyone who has seen the end result.
