DDCC FLOORS

Hello, my husband and I own Brackenridge Floors in Atlant GA. We have been selling and installing DDCC Laminate for the last 3 years and we couldn't be more happy with the product! Our customers love it. We get a lot of referral business from customers because they are so happy with the look and the quality of the product. Not only is there product great but so is their customer service. Elaine is awesome! She gets us in and out and always has a smile on her face. I had their Snow Oak 12 mm laminate flooring installed in my kitchen and family room six months ago. It's pretty nice looking, although some of the pieces came defective, with chips and small scrapes in them that have the laminate gone and brown showing. This didn't happen because of use or damage during professional installation, but rather they came that way.

I really liked this floor when I first saw it and was sold on the fact it was "water resistant or water proof", so I installed it in four of my rental homes. The first time I had a little water on the floor, it buckled like a Polaroid picture! I called the distributor of the floors in Atlanta and told them I would like to make a warranty claim (25 year warranty) and he never called me back. I called again and asked them to schedule a time to come out to see the damage and they said they don't warranty against water on the floors. I asked them what does "water resistant" mean and they said water should not be on the floor. Really? 2 weeks ago they said they would send someone out to look at the water damage...Crickets. Do not buy this floor or any floor fro DDCC Flooring. They will not stand by their product! I am now worried about all the floor they put in my other three houses. One is already peeling because of some dishes dripping on the floor. Beware....
