DCA Home Improvement came highly recommended to us by a neighbor who had used their services in the past. Dan and his team fully remodeled our kitchen, taking it from a 1990s mess to our dream kitchen. He offered a full array of services including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and tile work. The attention to detail and quality of work is apparent in all the compliments we get on our new kitchen. We would definitely hire Dan again for future remodel services.

We originally made contact with DCA for a kitchen remodel that then expanded to include a bathroom, master bathroom and office renovation. This was a complete gutting of each of the four rooms, all the way down to the studs. We also had the house electrical service re-done to correct some 'adventurous' wiring done by previous owners of our house. You'd be forgiven for worrying whether any contractor could handle this kind of job. Not to worry with DCA! They have a commercial construction arm, so they have the resources (people, equipment, suppliers) to handle just about any size job you have in mind. I have heard stories from friends and neighbors with renovation projects about other contractors disappearing for weeks at a time with no word, or disappearing completely, leaving jobs unfinished. You will never have to worry about that with DCA. We had a core crew of 3-4 guys who were with us for the duration of the project (9-10 weeks), with various others brought in for specific tasks. The core crew (Todd, Jeff and Sean) was always patient and friendly with us and with each other. They always laid down drop cloths or cardboard to protect floors and walls, and the work areas were always picked up and swept clean. In any project some things either go wrong or just don't come out the way you imagined in your head - DCA (Dan) always handled these completely professionally and with the goal of making things exactly the way we wanted. An example of this is when Dan called all over to find a particular type of flooring for the kitchen, or adjusting some wainscoting work in the bathroom. The results are beautiful! Nearly a year later we are still thrilled with all of the rooms. Our kitchen wows visitors.

I hired DCA Home Improvement for a complete kitchen and half bath remodel. Dan Sullivan and his team did an amazing job. Every aspect of this project exceeded my expectations. Beyond the actual construction itself, the project was completed on time, every day the site was left neat and tidy, and they professionally delivered on requests I made on the fly. I’m extremely pleased with my choice of contractor and will hire again.

DCA worked with us after a tornado did significant damage to our outbuildings. Throughout the whole process, from beginning to end, Dan was professional, timely, thoughtful, thorough, and considerate. His crews did an outstanding job with everything from their craftsmanship, troubleshooting any “bumps”, to managing/cleaning the worksite. The final product is more than we could have imagined. Dan and his skilled crews earned their 5 Star Rating! And, they we so good we’re in the process of working with them again on our newest project- a garage.

DCA did a bathroom remodeling for us last week. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend this company. All of the workers were very professional, and also did a great job of cleaning up the area when they were done each day.

Dan and his crew did an excellent job in completing a kitchen renovation - which included raising a ceiling. The work site was cleaned each day after work. Dan recommended changes to original work which enhanced the overall result. He was always available for consultation. I would strong recommend Dan and his team for any renovation.

I hired DCA Home Improvement, LLC to build a two story garage with finished space above and garage on lower level. Due to permitting and slope this was a difficult project and I felt I needed a reliable and knowledgeable contractor. Dan proved to be both. We needed some modifications during the project and Dan worked with us to accomplish a finished garage and covered walkway that is excellent. I highly recommend this company, they were professional and worked with us to make sure the project came out right.

Dan did an excellent job updating our kitchen and three bathrooms. He is hard-working, prompt, efficient, and returns your calls. Not only does he do an excellent job, the construction site is clean at the end of the day and the project begins and ends within his time prediction. Dan is also very helpful with great ideas that help a homeowner make the most of the space that is being renovated, and we were very pleased with his suggestions. We had DCA (Dan Sullivan) finish residing and replacing windows and doors on our residence. Dan's first order of business is in estimating, measuring and ordering the materials required for the job. He always measures twice before ordering so that there are no surprises. Once the work commenced he and his crew were meticulous. Always on-time, respectful of our home and very clean. The fit and finish on all aspects of the work was superb. Even the inside window jams and sills had some special touches (see attached photo). My wife and I very highly recommend Dan for any new or remodeling efforts. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had a sunroom and deck added to our house in 2007 by DCA. The work was excellent and done in a timely manner. Workers were very respectful of our property and left the premise each day looking clean and orderly. We enjoy our sunroom immensely and don’t know what we’d do without it! I have recommended DCA to friends in the past and would not hesitate to do so in the future.

DCA has done major renovations on our 1925 colonial. In addition to renovating our kitchen and our bathroom , DCA has added a family room to our home. Dan Sullivan is a professional , arrives at the job site at 7AM and works until 5PM until the project is completed. His work and those who work with him exhibit the highest quality skill and ethical standards. I would recommend DCA for all renovation projects regardless of the size and magnitude.
