We just wrapped up our second project with DBRG, a two-story addition, and our new office and master bathroom look fantastic! After a successful kitchen renovation in 2015, we knew we would go straight back to DBRG for any future projects. We worked with Todd and Phil for several weeks on a design until we were completely satisfied and ready to begin. The immense scope of a two-story addition was not fully understood until we were living in the middle of it, but DBRG helped us survive the process through regular communication and personal accommodations as needed. For example, DBRG paused work for us when we had extenuating circumstances, they were considerate of our pets’ needs, and they dealt with our neighbors respectfully when conflicts arose. We were also very impressed they were so close to the original estimated completion date for such an extensive, four-month long, winter project.

We had DBRG put an addition on the back of our home on piers of approximately 210 square feet and install a shower in an existing powder room. The addition enlarged 2 bedrooms and our dining room. They also installed a catwalk deck from a new door in the dining room to our existing deck. We could not be happier with the extra space that the addition provided and the ease of having a shower in our basement bathroom. They did exactly what we asked. They were very patient with us during a stressful loan process with our bank which seemed to take forever. I would definitely recommend DBRG.

I hired this company to add an upstairs and downstairs addition on the back of our house and a new trex deck. I cannot say enough with how pleased I am with the outcome. My additions and deck are absolutely beautiful. They exceeded my expectations and I would hire them again without hesitation. Beside doing an amazing job, they had the work done earlier than expected. The project manager was at my house everyday making sure materials were delivered and that the work was being done right. They have a professional designer who will draw out your plans and they help you every step of the way. This is a very professional company and it was a real pleasure working with all of the employees at this company. Special thanks to Leah and Pete for all your help and a job well done!!

We had just closed on our new house and contacted DBRG regarding a kitchen renovation, which we knew would be necessary to make the new place our home. Todd, owner of DBRG, quickly met with us at the property to discuss our needs and his services. He explained their process, arranged for several sketches to showcase what could be done in the space, and was readily available via email whenever we had more questions. He additionally recommended an appliance retailer (US Appliances) and a cabinet/countertop distributor (Kitchen & Bath Creations) for us to work with. After receiving the DBRG sketches, we began working with Leslee at Kitchen & Bath Creations, who also provided her input regarding the layout. From our initial contact, it took about 2 months for us to agree on a design, go under contract, and start the demolition. Throughout the entire renovation process, which took an additional 2-3 months, we were in frequent contact with our project manager Leah. She patiently answered all of our questions and provided her advice as needed. I cannot imagine that any renovation project could proceed without unexpected complications, though ours seemed minimal, and Leah did a great job at resolving the situations as they would occur. We would absolutely recommend DBRG to anyone else considering a home renovation.

We have done several remodeling projects on our current home and working with DBRG has been by far the best experience. We got several bids and they were very competitive. They were totally transparent and patient in working through the design and cost estimates. Then when construction began, the DBRG project manager and all the subs have been amazing. The project manager treats our place like his own. He is careful, asks questions, makes sure he is clear on our expectations, and ensures that we understand what's going on. The quality of the work is uniformly of the highest caliber. Despite starting right before Christmas, with some pretty bad weather, we are remarkably close to being done on time. We recommend DBRG whole-heartedly, without reservation.

We had DBRG redesign and remodel our kitchen and dining room. The remodeling included windows, siding and everything in the kitchen down to the studs. From our first contact, DBRG was helpful, prompt and intelligent. From the first initial meeting to see what we wanted to do, to our multiple layout designs, to construction completion DBRG was great. We were never asked to go above our comfort budget level for construction projects and more importantly, we finished right on budget. Even with the huge snow storm, we finished only one week past initial expectations. If we have any further remodeling, I plan to call DBRG again.

DBRG designed and constructed a complete second floor renovation of my home with an addition to the master bedroom over the garage. The quality of the work was top notch, and every person I dealt with made my goals a top priority. We had some challenges at the outset in terms of getting a framing crew put together to start the work, but once this was ironed out, the rest of the project was completed timely and beautifully. Whenever I pointed out something I did not like (the placement of an outlet, the location of pipes, the sequencing of bathroom tile), they addressed it until I was happy. The end result is gorgeous and I would recommend the company to anyone with a major remodeling project.

We have hired this team to do our renovation projects twice. First time we added a garage addition and the second time was a reno of master bath and kitchen. Not an easy thing to do in our already custom home. but they figured out how to do it and make it look like it was built that way originally. Both experiences were top notch. They pay attention to all the details and do whatever they can to make us happy. We are truly thrilled with how the projects turned out, it really made a difference in the look and functionality of our home. And we love it!

I have hired contractors for three "major" projects over the past five years; one was good, one was really awful (and I am in litigation with him), and then there is Design Build Remodeling Group. DBRG was outstanding in every way. They made me feel like part of the family, taking my project personally. They were as neat and clean as a contractor can be, and followed through on every detail. They have come back to stand behind their work as recently as a few months ago...and without question! They offered a full complement of services from sales (thanks Brian Titus!), an interior designer who was phenomenal (thanks Deb Bolster!) to architectural design drawings (thanks Phil!), to a project manager who was unbelievable (thanks Todd Swanson!). My next and last project (which will complete a whole house renovation) is a kitchen gut-out and remodel. DBRG is the only builder/remodeler that I would consider!
