I was initially disappointed by the warranty issues we had but the owner stepped in and plans to resolve the issues for us.

We had 5 interior doors replaced with Dayoris doors. We chose a model with a frosted glass piece running down the middle from top to bottom and a light pine wood laminate finish. One word: Spectacular! Their installers did a first class job and everyone who sees the doors are blown away. I never thought interior doors would become a highlight to a luxury condo but they are just that. Very happy customer Gene Charette. Ft. Lauderdale

We replaced all of our interior doors with the Daryoris product. Installation went smoothly and the people were easy to work and very responsive. End result is exactly what we were looking for.

Perfect product solid core concealed hinges many finishes to choose from. Matte lacquer, wood veneer, laminated finishes, even primed. Many door details, with casing or not.

Every internal door we have is Dayoris, also had the wall in our family room paneled by them. Everything looks great!

The doors they installed don’t work. They are horrible at customer service. They really dont care to take action to help their paying customers with problems they created. We wouldn’t use them again.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.
This project was successfully completed in 2013 and is no longer under warranty.
At job completion, PRIOR to receiving final payment, upon final walk-through, it was confirmed that not only did all of this clients' doors function perfectly - they looked beautiful.

Subsequent to our project’s completion, this client had additional renovations (flooring) done in her apartment.
Her contractor removed our doors and frames.
It is AFTER this point that she called to complain that her doors were not functioning properly and that pieces were missing and needed replacement. Acknowledging that the damage was done by another contractor, she offered to pay for repairs and for the rehanging of doors.
This is NOT a service that we provide, and this upset her.
For the following 2 years we received irrational and threatening phone calls from her demanding repairs.

Besides leaving many disparaging reviews and even videos online, she even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
This complaint was dropped citing lack of cooperation on her part.

To reiterate, these doors were damaged by another contractor long after they were installed by our company.

Dayoris put new doors in my condos and re-faced my elevator and lobby to match. Scott was great to work with in both design and delivery. Guests are always complementing our doors and my wife and I think the doors were our favorite thing we had after an extensive high end renovation. We recently sold our condo after 5 years of enjoying the doors and got above market value. One of the reasons I believe were the doors. Thank you Scott and Dayoris for making a great product and helping us get a great price on our re-sale.

Thanks to the DAYORIS Door TEAM:). First the quality of the doors and hardware are beyond compare. The whole TEAM...install, sheduling and customer care follow-up were excellent. As the project reach completion Scott personally scheduled the “finishing” detailed work which really wrapped up the project:). Thanks Alan
