プロフィール

I am an award-winning architectural photographer with a background in architecture, an experience that informs the way I approach the representation of spaces and buildings. I set up David Valinsky Photography in 2019 with a passion for representing great buildings of all ages. Since then I have had the pleasure of documenting buildings from historical treasures to mould-breaking new work for a broad range of clients: architects, contractors, building owners, even furniture designers. My photography has received awards and recognition from national and international organisations and has appeared in the print and digital press, from newspapers to journals and magazines.

Most of my domestic shoots are based on a half-day (3 hours) or full-day (6 hours) of photography, priced at £275 and £550 respectively. I have hourly rates to cover additional photography time and editing work. We were delighted when David agreed to work with us to shoot a couple of our completed projects in April/May2021, and we were thrilled with the quality of his work on our behalf. He was able to capture the essence of our architecture and commincate the value of our company and work in a way I fel unsure anyone would be able to, and that speaks to his incredible talent and eye. We instructed David Valinsky Photography to carry out photos of our newly completed offices. From the first communication, David was engaging to ascertain our requirements, environment & company approach. The photoshoot was relaxed and very much ran in the background. It takes an architect to take the best architectural photographs and David Valinsky is up there with the best. He has a sensitive eye for subtleties - eking out the visual poetry behind the obvious - and it's always a pleasure to work with him.

As an architect practice, we've used David to capture a number of our projects in recent years, both during construction and at completion. His work is of excellent quality, he is very professional and works incredibly efficiently to deliver the images we need. He really knows how to capture a building at its best, and ensures he always meets our brief with key elements to photograph, as well as adding his own style to each shot. Would highly recommend!
