Roy North started as an installer for a small garage door company in 1969. He and his wife, Marcena, bought the business after the owner retired in 1972. He was then joined by his oldest son David who started working for the company right after his high school graduation. Soon after, David's siblings (Darrel, Darrin, Connie, and Carol), and close friend Brent Butzin, also joined the company. When Roy and Marcena retired in 1992, their children and Brent became co-owners of the business and David became the president. David was very helpful from beginning to after the installation. We purchased two doors. Every time we spoke with anyone in the office they were very professional and courteous.

We are most pleased with our new garage door, and the customer care from the Norths. We ordered the impact rated insulated garage door to save money on our homeowner's insurance, and we are glad we did! It also not only greatly enhances the look of our recently renovated home, but we are enjoying a much cooler garage, with a quiet operating door. We also like having the key pad that we can also control via an app on our phones from wherever we are. The North's were timely, efficient, and courteous workers, and we would recommend them to anyone.

The men who installed the door were on time, fast, and clean. I had one service call a few weeks later to make the door open higher, this went very well. My only complaint is that I wished someone would have called me to thank me for the service and to ask how my experience was. I would recommend doing this in the future.

Roy North service and quality was great from the first contact. They set a meeting time and drove out to the country to quote our job. They helped us brainstorm several options (from multiple lines they carry) for our odd sized opening. The product came in earlier than expected and they promptly scheduled the install. The two installers where not only knowledgeable and thoroughly explained how everything should work, but were also very friendly and fun to have at our site for the few hours it took to install. We would definitely recommend their service and product.
