This is the second time I’ve used Dave’s Remodeling. The first was a small powder room that included new flooring, vanity, toilet, two recessed lights, and paint. I was so happy with the work, I hired Dave’s Remodeling again to do a much larger project, renovating the master bathroom. I can’t say enough about this contractor. He’s fair, super organized, and reliable. There was no waiting for workers to show up. They arrived as scheduled ready to work each and every day. Dave promptly responded to every phone call or text. When I hesitated on decisions about the scope of work, he gave me great advice, not based on selling me, but because he knew what it would take to create a bathroom I was happy with. (I should also mention he counseled me against some work I initially wanted in the small powder room re-do and he was right). You can see every penny of the cost in the quality of his work. He doesn't cut corners. He upgraded all the valves and adjusted any existing issues or impediments to the work as a matter of course--didn't even mention it. Now about the work: It included new flooring, a new shower, and tile work throughout. The workers are skilled, efficient, and respectful of the fact that they’re invading your home. Their attention to detail was amazing. The tile work is absolutely beautiful. Now for some work they did without even asking: My bathroom has an access to plumbing that was previously covered with a clunky piece of wood. I didn’t even think about it, but Dave and his guys changed it up to a sleek cover that you hardly see. The floors had to be laid under a built-in chest of drawers in the closet and they managed to get it done without taking apart the built-in. When the shower door guy showed up to measure, he took a leveler to the shower, and it was perfectly level so I had no problem with the shower door installation. When they had to work around some existing plumbing issues, they solved each problem in the best possible way. I highly recommend Dave’s Remodeling with no reservations whatsoever.

His crew showed up on time everyday and were very professional and respectful which was important because we were living in the house throughout the remodel process. Several issues came up during the project but we were able to work with David and find resolutions. From time to time, he recommended some additional upgrades/changes but always gave us time to consider, do our own research and never tried to push anything on us. The most important thing is they completed the project on time and took care of scheduling all the city inspections, etc. Our only issue was with one of the subcontractors that did electrical work for us - they were sloppy and showed up at inconvenient times. Overall, we are very happy we chose Dave's Remodeling for our project and would definitely recommend them!!

I needed new hallway cabinets and a new bathroom partitioned into an existing room and talked to many different contractors before finally meeting with Dave’s Remodeling Inc. From the outset, What I liked was their professional communication, confirmed what my needs and ideas were and gave their expert's advise on best ways to approach a task. All the work and including tiling is beautiful -- perfectly level and flat. It was very reassuring having someone knowledgable about construction to double check and advise on everything from shower design to shiplap walls to electrical outlets. Dave’s Remodeling was referred to us from a friend for a bathroom remodel that we needed. And we've had a great experience working with Dave and his team from Dave’s Remodeling. Dave was very good at organizing all the vision and right materials we needed for the project. As I was very nervous about making changes to my home, the design team’s changes made me excited for our new upgrades. The process was quicker than expected and I now have a beautiful kitchen and expanded bathroom space! I will be a returning customer if I need some remodel done in the future.

I purchased our new home in March this year that was built in 1961 and was very outdated and mostly original inside. We hired Dave’s Remodeling to do our master bath and living room expansion. I was a little hesitant when it came to knocking down walls in the master bath, but Dave was able to come up with a design that looks amazing now it is completed. This is just the beginning of our remodel as we will be doing an expansion next year which includes doubling the size of our kitchen and adding a new half bathroom. Dave will always be our go to guy for any remodels we do.

We spent a great amount of time trying to find the right design/build contractor to add one bathroom, renovate the master bath, new kitchen and flooring. David and his team did a spectacular job. There is nothing like having a clean job site and they were on top of it all throughout the project. Everyone from their designer and builders were very personable and they were a pleasure to have around. A few different times there was extra work to be done and some of those times we were not charged. They over delivered every time and we are very satisfied and happy with the final outcome.

Dave did a major renovation for our family house in Burbank. We got a quote a year before the project and he honored the quote despite construction costs having gone up over the period. He met the 6 month estimated deadline. We ended up doing some additional work that came up during construction like electrical, roofing, and gutter systems, and found the additional prices reasonable. He was responsive and professional overall. A number of issues came up during the construction, but we were always able to discuss and find workable, affordable solutions. We are very happy with the overall result.

David helped us plan and design, and then carried out the total transformation of our master bathroom. This involved the demo, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, marble tile, installation, drywall, painting -- the whole shebang. He and his crew were wonderful to work with, professional, detail-oriented, on time, and considerate. Everyone really listened and responded quickly. We love the end result -- gorgeous, restful, luxurious, well-crafted -- and liked working with David & his crew so much that we didn't consider hiring anyone else when we had a water leak in a different part of our house (more of a flood) and required more extensive work, which he's undertaking now. Beautiful work, great communication, and excellent prices. Very highly recommended.

After doing extensive research on a full home remodel we decided to go with Dave’s Remodeling. We basically redid everything. Brand new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, installed french doors in the back of our house, which included stucco work and some finessing of the wood door frame and some concrete steps. The project manager handled the job flawlessly. We felt we were in good hands from the start to the very finish. They were able to stay within budget as well as on time. That is something that is not always the case in this field. I'm happy with how the work turned out and I will be recommending them to family that is also looking to have work done. You can't go wrong with them. David's crew was polite and clean, and he even gave us the name of a subcontractor for another job, a guy who was just as direct and honest and affordable to work with as David was. Wouldn't think would get something better, just got exactly I wanted from Dave’s. They did a beautiful custom design on my bathroom cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and my walk in closet. Love their work and will continue to work with them in the future! They took my vision, my pictures and my style and made my home even better than I imagined. I am so astonished!!!

Dave's team did an excellent job of our two bathroom remodels. The tile work was spectacular. They paid extra attention to cleaning up at the end of each day, which was appreciated.

Our remodel was completed yesterday, 9/1. We started Tuesday 8/08. i think it's a new record - a little under 5 weeks for a massive remodel of our kitchen, guest bathroom and all new floors throughout the house. We met David a few years ago, when we were looking to remodel our master bathroom. Dave’s Remodeling Inc was (is) one of the highest recommended contractors on Angieslist, and we included him in our bidding and review process. he won us over, and several weeks later we had a fantastic new master bath, and the most pleasant home construction project we had ever been through behind us. When the time came to remodel the rest of the house, DR was our one and only choice. A remodel of this size is not a small undertaking, and not something you consider lightly. We actually debated for more than a year, weighing options and costs, and Nathan patiently would work with us, sitting at our old kitchen table, discussing options and giving opinions on how to get the best result. With David in charge you really have a great partner by your side, helping avoid bad decisions (tell me, how many kitchen remodels do you do a year? David does a ton, and has so much good advice!). The remodel started at 8AM on 8/11, as promised. The crew showed up every day, on time, ready to work. I would often stop by unannounced, and the crew was always hard at work, no distractions, getting it done. The project manager, and kept the day to day flow of work well in hand. His crew was immensely helpful in working around us, as we stayed in the house during the remodel. They would help us carry heavy items, and they made sure our living space was untouched and protected from the construction as much as possible. Final polish is now complete, and the house looks amazing. We essentially have a whole new house. Nothing was untouched. New kitchen, custom cabinets, new appliances, walnut floors throughout, new guest bath (was gutted), all new lights (LED), paint on all the walls, new baseboard, you name it. It looks stunning. Hard to believe it's the same house actually. Dave’s Remodeling are as good as it gets. The original timing estimate was 3 months - they beat it by almost 2 months. There were days that a crew of 8 or more was in the house at once, all working on different items. That's unusual, so don't let that be your expectation, but do expect Nathan to over-deliver every time. We incurred a few change orders, but all of those were items that we chose to add or change. All told that ended up being pretty minor. DR is not the least expensive option, but do you really want the lowest bidder doing this work to your house? Or do you want the right crew, with the vision, the creative chops, the construction chops to get this done perfectly? I can't say enough good things about them. If you have a medium to large home remodel project, and you want it done right, they're the best choice you can make.

We've had an ugly kitchen for the 15 years we have lived in our house. It was always a "one day we will change it" kind of thing. A slow leak under the sink made it a priority as everything needed to be replaced. I hired my parents' contractor, who does beautiful work. He came the first day, said he could get started in a month, and the price was right. What could go wrong? Literally a year later, he was still putting us off. Eventually I gave up and started searching. We interviewed three companies. It came down to two. I wanted to go with the other company, and my wife wanted to go with Dave’s. What cinched it for me was speaking with the owner David. He asked me questions I hadn't thought about it. He suggested ways to get more space. He said he would go shopping with me to pick what was needed. He answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering him. He also said that he could make our short deadline. Sold. David was on it. Even my puppy fell in love with David, who continued to answer any and all questions, quickly, all through the process, morning and night. There were no major surprises and no major costs that were unexpected. We got what we asked for, how we asked for it, when we asked for it and at a price we agreed to. Dave also found quite a few things that would make our lives better, asked if we wanted them, and then didn't charge us for the cost of doing them (such as asking if we wanted an outlet outside so that we could close a window we had run an extension cord through, putting door stoppers on to preserve our cabinets, etc.). He saw stuff in a way I just would never see it - and I am so glad he did. Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and respectful and were real craftsmen. At some point during the process, work stress got the best of me and the crew went above and beyond taking care of things so that I did not have to. It wasn't necessary for them to do so, and it was greatly appreciated. I cannot imagine anyone else going out of their way for me the way he did. They were always patient and kind. I am SO happy that we found Dave’s. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will use him again and again for all the other "some day" projects around the house that we have.

I had Dave's Remodeling to give me a beautiful new bathroom. They were so efficient kept me apprised of what they were doing and finished the job when they said they would. I am still enjoying my new bathroom.

This contractor completed a kitchen remodel for me. I was delighted by the high standard of professionalism by the whole team. Their attention to detail was exceptional, they remained on task, were good communicators, and arrived daily as planned. Dave's team remodeled a water-damaged bathroom, den, bonus room and laundry area. Additional renovations are planned with his team based on the excellent work done so far. The workmen showed up on time every day sometimes even working on Saturdays to complete the work. Dave supervised all work and communicated efficiently with his team and with us. Mess was kept to a minimum. The work area was left clean every night. Workmanship is excellent especially the tile work. Problem-solving was done with our budget in mind. Solutions were the best available answer to a problem, not the most expensive. All work was done as promised and was done on time. I recommend Dave's Remodeling without reservation.

Dave did a remodeling project on our master bathroom. Dave was very prompt in responding to our request for a quote. His prices are very reasonable and the quality of the work his crew performs is top notch. Dave is honest and straightforward. He will point out issues but not pressure you to add scope if he doesn't think it's necessary. However, he will make recommendations if he thinks the issue should be addressed. For example, we discovered that our original galvanized plumbing was deteriorating. Dave recommended replacing it and gave us a fair price for this work. He will work hard to keep to his original budget and schedule. We would definitely recommend Dave's Remodeling for any home renovation project you are planning.

We were looking for a contractor to do a master bath and bedroom remodel. Our (former) contractor disappeared and we found David thru Houzz and Yelp reviews. He was very professional with a good group of workers and subs. I liked his countertop and tile guys, and we had a custom vanity and TV cabinet built that turned out very nice. Our project took the bathroom down to the studs with new electrical and lighting. We had a little plumbing re-work, but alot of good tile work on the shower. The work was very good quality and we are very pleased with the way it turned out. I would definitely recommend David to our friends and neighbors here in the Valley.

Based upon the sterling recommendation of family members who used Dave's Remodeling last year, my wife and I hired Dave's to remodel several rooms in our new house. He did a complete remodel of our kitchen, installed new hardwood floors and recessed lights throughout the second level, and a host of smaller projects. We were so pleased with the results of phase 1, that we just hired him again to do a complete remodel of the first level guest bathroom. Overall, the quality of the work and the subcontractors that Dave's employs has been superb. When there has been occasional small glitches, which are inevitable on a project of this size, David has been receptive and responsive, and never defensive, to fixing them to our satisfaction. As soon as we met Dave, we got a good vibe and decided to sign the contract right away. And the project started right away. I am very pleased to say that the workers are very PROFESSIONAL. Kitchen upgrades included new quartz countertops, a new stainless steel farmhouse sink, a microwave drawer, and a new dishwasher.
