Handmade designs by DAPILA DAPILA is a Montreal artist with over 40 years of experience in visual arts, craft, & design. He has participated in many arts and crafts events in North America and in Europe and is a member of the Quebec craft council since 1991. In 1994 he create the « Body - Tiles Collection » that is his Trademark. The original designs are mainly inspired from the architecture of the human body . One object can change a room. As for the associations you can make with different tiles, the possibilities are endless. Made of Hydrostone, they are sand white in colour, but can be painted any colour you can imagine. In 2008, DAPILA added Two complementary series of a collection named « Happy-Dapi-Cubes I » & « Happy-Dapi-Cubes II » .
