Daniel Hogan Flooring

I hired Dan for a job to stain 3 bathroom floors. His cost was reasonable $1400. I paid Dan $700 up front. He came back the next day but came late or would not show up thereafter. Over almost 3 months I had given Dan ample time to complete my project. Finally I spoke with Dan and he stated that he would reimburse me. Still to this day I have not received anything but excuses why he cant pay me back. I used Dan for a prior project and he did an outstanding job. The second time around not so good. Be cautious!!
