TJ from Dabella visited with me several weeks ago. We set up a plan to reroof my home and have discussed future projects. I have not only found him to be personable, but to be truly knowledgeable about the programs from the company. If he is a face of DaBella, he has created a positive confidence in your products and work. As a side note, Dabella has kept in contact with me about the progress of the new roof. I am pleased, and look forward to a completed project next week. A financial package was set up to work with my needs. It is a relief to know the work will be done well (I’ve seen two homes) and that the cost is reasonable.

They installed our roof two years ago, we had some problem but I thought that was due to the installers they hired. Two weeks ago the roof started leaking and our bedroom ceiling collapsed. I had been working with their Customer Service Department for over a week now and they still haven't done anything and they say it may rain this weekend. I did get a call this morning wanting to come out to give me a quote on a new roof. They knew the roof was leaking and the ceiling collapsed, so they got that information from their system. They are no longer licensed in Las Vegas to do roofs so it seems they are giving me the run around. You can't call their corporate office to complain, I guess they don't want to be over loaded with calls.

Everything went wrong from the start. Project looks incomplete. No bench. We are disabled and still have to buy something to sit on. That’s why we did all of this. Cheap standard apartment style shower head with no wand. We totally got the switch and bait. It’s hard to get into. And the shower door doesn’t open enough. Such a disappointment in our home. The doors don’t open enough to clean them properly. I still use my other bathroom over the new shower. The grab bar came undone the only time I used the shower. The project kept getting delayed and they seemed unprepared. The people were nice.

They do a good job. Had a job that everything possible went wrong. They did not charge us on the cost overruns. Still waiting on a replacement check for item damaged in install of siding. Have contacted multiple times. Still no check. If you need to reach anyone the communication if lacking. Decent company as long as you don't need any communication answered.

My consultant Brentley was awesome. Very informative. Did a great job! He answered all our questions. We will be getting new windows soon, so excited!

Filed for a warranty claim due to siding coming off from their installation and it was denied with no explanation. Apparently they only warranty for a year on install. So they can get away with installation just good enough to last a year. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. Claim was filed on 9/3/22 and they never called about status, to go over the denial or anything. The siding has only been on since 2020. As a back note, we had siding come off the second month after installation which was fixed. Shouldn't have siding come off this soon.

Tim Smith, Isiah and RJ Law were amazing to work with today in my consultation for replacing my windows. They were informative, helpful, and easy to talk to. I asked a lot of questions and they didn’t mind! Tim was transparent, honest and incredibly friendly. Felt genuine and NOT like a sales pitch or convincing me to buy. Feel like I made an investment in not just my home but my future as well. Thanks guys! Can’t wait to see the finished product!

Great sales staff the two young men that came to the house were great. They followed one of the worst sales called I have ever had and when I told them about it they worked to swing it the other way they were in and out cheaper than the other guy and didn’t waist my time keeping my son up an hour past his bed time telling me about his dog

I want to let everyone know what a wonderful job Alyssa Bernal and Forrest Seamons did when they came to do an assessment of my windows and siding. They were knowable, friendly, and very good at what they do. I felt like they really wanted to work with me to come up with the best package possible. A great team.

David Mackie and Kyler Croke were very professional and down to earth representatives for DeBella...they were very informative and knowledgeable when it came to three company's history and product line. It was an absolute pleasure working with these gents! I definitely recommend these guys and DeBella.
