As a real estate broker, I deal with builders all the time and a lot of them can talk the talk, but they can’t walk the walk. Crimson Capital talks it and delivers on it. The idea of building a new house, after living in our current home for over 40 years, seemed like a very stressful undertaking for us. Crimson Capital made the experience easier by being involved, they walked us through all the steps and giving us options. Some options that we had never thought of. It was those little touches that really meant a lot to us. Crimson Capital was patient, flexible, and there were no negative surprises........ They were phenomenal.”
