Our kitchen cabinet experience was a nightmare. Our original cabinet job was finished a couple summers ago, and within a few months we started noticing the paint buckling and warping. Within a year there were too many damaged spots to ignore, mostly in the corners and seams of the cabinets. We contacted them in the beginning of this year to hopefully have them fixed. It took them a couple weeks to get back to me and they said they were too busy to deal with it and they would get back to me. It wasn't until September, several months of emailing and being ignored, that they finally came to look at our cabinets. The owner was not professional and seemed like we were wasting her time. But she reluctantly acknowledged the damage, and took the damaged cabinets with her, promising a two week turn around. Three weeks later, with no contact, I emailed to ask if they were ready. They had yet to start on them, and had "forgotten" what paint we needed for the cabinets. I emailed them the info, AGAIN, and they finally finished a couple weeks later. During this waiting period, they contacted me and demanded that I pay for the fix, claiming that the damage was caused by water. After contacting several professionals, I was informed that damage like ours was caused by manufacturers not using enough layers of sealant over the paint, especially for a kitchen or bathroom which is typically subject to water, heat, or humidity. 5ml thickness is recommended, while 3ml is often used to cut down on time. After informing them of this, they again ignored me, and I was forced to drive 1 1/2 hours to pick up my cabinets on my own. When I arrived, I had to load up my cabinets with the help of one disgruntled employee, who had nothing positive to say about the company. The cabinets were laying open in their garage, covered in dust, not wrapped or ready for transport. I wrapped them with towels I had brought (assuming this would happen). When I got home we inspected the cabinets, and weren't surprised to find several points of flaws and imperfections. They were very carelessly "patched up" and painted, and look almost worse than they did before the "fix." I contacted them to let them know, but they made it clear they could care less. I then emailed them 25 pictures of the damage (I was only able to post four here), and they never responded. I would not refer my worst enemy to this company. They were awful in every way possible. Do not use them for any service.

We signed a proposal with Creative Wood Products on 11-3-15. Today is 10-28-16, and we still have no cabinets installed. We have a small kitchen, and we did most of the demolition ourselves, so the job is not that big as to warrant this kind of delay. We would never recommend this company to anyone, and we are very sorry we hired them.

Creative Wood Products did a great job remodeling our kitchen cabinets. They had a great selection of styles to choose from and offered many suggestions on the project. Price was more than reasonable!
