Creative Concepts Home Staging and Design

I worked with Joy to help make some small changes in our dated home. We wanted to change some paint colors, replace some furniture and décor. She did just that on a strict budget and we were happy with the outcome!

Joy was the consulate professional, her design abilities and seamless coordination skills made for an amazing experience. She listened to my needs and wants. Any and all feedback was thoughtfully considered and addressed. Thank you so much for making my home into a living space, finally!

Joy has helped with several large and small projects over the years, and we have been very happy with the results. The first project we hired her for was for a commercial office building. She did everything from cabinet design, selecting flooring, designing custom wood features walls, paint color selection, and selecting all hardware and lighting throughout the space. She worked with the contractors to make sure everything was done correctly and to our liking. She also selected all the furniture and accessories for the space. This project also had living space above it, and she selected all of those furnishings as well. We loved the outcome of the project! The next project we hired Joy for was to update our cabin. The budget was minimal for the 4,000 sf. She was able to suggest cost-effective changes to greatly change the appearance of the home and stay on budget. She also furnished this home for us and it looked amazing, considering the minimal budget. Our last project was updating our current home. We hired her to select paint colors, update lighting, and hardware, as well as select new furnishings and accessories for our home. We loved the changes and would love to work with her again. Lastly, Joy helped update our Arizona property. We purchased it with furniture. We hired help to decide what to keep and work around those pieces and select additional furniture and accessories. She did a great job with that. She also helped with landscaping and pool suggestions to make the backyard more functional and appealing. I still reach out to her today for design advice and I love her suggestions! You’d enjoy working with her, she has great ideas and is fun to be around!

Joy was an absolute DREAM to work with!! With all the experience she has, knowledgeable advice, and keen eye for detail, it was a breeze through our selling process.
