Needed to replace a leaky shower that was poorly installed by the builder of our condo. After shopping around, we chose Affordable Bath, Inc in Springfield/Northborough, MA. Three crews were dispatched to our home…..demolition, installer, and finishing crew. All workers were professional and asked questions regarding the placement of shelves, handrails, etc…. During demolition, a few surprises popped up and caused delays in the remodel process. Christine and Craig communicated on a regular basis to keep us informed about schedule changes. We now have a beautiful leak-free quality shower in our home!

We used Affordable Baths for a complete remodel of our master bathroom. They had excellent suggestions for materials, etc., and we were very happy with the finished product. They were very attentive and responsive any time there was a problem, and immediately rectified it. We have gotten many compliments on the bathroom and are very pleased that we chose Affordable Baths to do the work.

Working with Affordable Baths was an absolute pleasure. Not only did they deliver a great product, they kept us updated daily on what would happen and when. They had great crews for each step of the project. We will definitely be using them again. Their showroom was a definite selling point. We started out not quite sure what we wanted. It was nice to go one place and see all of the components. We had gotten estimates from other companies but Affordable Baths was, by far, the best choice.

Our experience planning our project with Affordable Baths was exceptional. The professional staff educated us on the types of materials that are available and also fit our budget. Our new bathroom is not only beautiful, but is high quality material. Most importantly, the project was completed in the time frame we agreed upon. Upon completion of our project we learned of the handicapped accessible options that are offered at Affordable and we will be contacting them in the future for help on a project for a handicapped family member. Our thanks go out to Affordable for making this project exciting, enjoyable, and yes, affordable!!!
