Cr3 does amazing work. From the foundation through the final attention to detail, Craig did a wonderful job. Having been in the building world myself, I can unequivocally say that he truly builds from the ground up. Much of what is unseen, Craig was able to design and build a very solid home though his use of steel i-beams and i-joists, to his use of spray foam and sealing the home. Taking the extra step is what he does to get it done correctly. We have had only praise from those visiting our home in both design and beauty. Craig was able to seamlessly join both beauty and strength into this home for us to enjoy. We have been contacted by Craig long after the build to ask if he could show off his work to others, and to all, that says a lot about his pride/love of his work.

Craig was a pleasure to work with. We loved his creativity and attention to details. We have a unique house that we adore thanks to Craig's willingness to listen, adapt, and create.

I worked with rc3 on a major renovation of a century old house which included a large addition on the back with new kitchen, new large family room and covered porch. The design was beautiful and far superior to another architect's designs we received. The quality of the work and craftsmanship was top notch and we love the end product. Craig's attention to detail was very important to the overall outcome. Craig was always upbeat and positive and accommodated what we wanted for the project. He also worked very hard to stay within our budget unlike another contractor that we asked to bid the project. My only issue was the timeliness on finishing the job but in large part that was due to the change orders and add-ons on my end. Overall a fabulous outcome.

It has been wonderful working with RC3 and Craig Rushing. He has been a refreshing change from our past contracting experience. We can not say enough about Craig! In simple words, he "gets it" and that is not always easy. He understands us, our project, and takes it on like his own home remodel being very thorough and considerate of what our ultimate project goals and home needs. He has been very professional and accessible during this process which made it very easy for us. Craig has a positive personality that makes it so worthwhile and all his recommendations have been spot on! After finishing this project, we look forward to working with RC3 again and that is a huge compliment when you just went through a big remodel.

Craig had amazing vision with this remodel of 1915 duplex. He was able to take out a load bearing wall and give us an open floor plan living space, add a half bath, create a first floor master, and completely rework a dysfunctional second floor master bath. Photos of the project are on Houzz.

Craig brought me in on a remodel of a great house on S. Ashland. My company did the concrete countertops. It has been one of my favorite kitchens so far that I have been a part of. Everyone of the other contractors were professional and did a great job.
