Pei Shan came highly recommended by a friend, and I was not disappointed at all. She's a very meticulous and responsive Project Manager and was kind enough to even go furniture shopping with me. She managed the entire process from start to end and also made sure to provide me with constant updates along the way. This took a huge load off my plate and I knew that I could trust them to do a good job with the renovations. Based on the brief that I provided her, she designed an aesthetic that was very pleasing yet functional. Her recommendations (for furniture and otherwise) were reliable, high quality and reasonably priced. I am very happy with how everything turned out.

She has an eye for details and often point out and correct problems even before I know they exist. One can also expect good workmanship from her team. Even after the final payment was made, she will still attend to problems that arise promptly. We are happy, repeat-customers of CPSA / Peishan's excellent service and expertise. This is the second time we engaged Peishan to do a whole-house renovation, and are entrusting her to do two other partial renovations currently. Peishan is exceptional in that she's i) experienced in this field, ii) has excellent communication skills and professionalism in working with us (customers), iii) is firm and meticulous in her liaison with sub-contractors to ensure that all work is performed up to her high standards and iv) has an excellent eye for design and good aesthetics! We are not the most decisive owners, who at the same time have so many ideas. We cannot be more thankful for Peishan's patience and responsiveness (so much so that we need to consciously refrain from texting her at specific hours / days as she'd definitely respond) to our questions and call for her opinions. She's resourceful and always provides good recommendations that would provide cost-savings where possible. Her quality checks on finished products are of very high standards and spares no effort to ask for work to be re-done or polished up; we barely did any of such checks on our own seeing how thorough and relentless she is on quality. Also be assured that she does not simply sign-off when the handover is done on the end-date. She will follow through all adjustments and work needed after you've moved in and lived in the house to realise (more often than not!) what tweaks need to be done. Besides the excellent hardware in terms of the quality renovation, we're grateful for the software; Peishan has made this apartment renovation journey a joyous and personal one. Peishan helped built our home just the way we hoped to interact in the space as a family and to create memories. We highly recommend her services!

I am so grateful that I found Pei Shan as my ID! The entire renovation experience wouldn't have been so easy and fuss-free (I would even describe it as fun) if not for Pei Shan! Pei Shan really took time to understand my needs and preferences before drawing up the design for my home. She is extremely professional, creative, has a keen eye on design and smart use of space, and sets very high standard for her team of contractors. She singlehandedly helped me manage the entire project from the start to the end! I didn't have to worry about anything at all. I also appreciated that she took time out to go shopping with me for various fittings (e.g. lights, fans, bathroom accessories) and provided really good advice that helped me with my purchase. All my family and visitors have given thumbs up for my new home! Pei Shan is extremely committed to her work and will do her best to help me troubleshoot any issues I have; even though some of these issues have nothing to do with the renovations, she would still go the extra mile to help me to her best ability. There were occasions where she personally came down to help me with my issues even though she didn't have to. She is simply amazing. I found Peishan from 2 friends who worked with her. My experience with her was wonderful. I am very happy with the results; it was what I want (she listened and she gave great input which was important for a layman). Her working style is swift and responsive. I went on holiday and left the house to her and her staff. Everything turned out perfectly. If you need a team that listens, is no nonsense just do it style, communication on point and direct / accurate, responsive, upfront with prices andd receptive of feedback, talk to Peishan. She is absolutely great n she basically runs a well oiled team. Even with post reno follow up (which Peishan initiated), she is fast and sincere. She did 3 fixes for me (not her fault, product matter), no questions asked, within the week of my input.

You'll never go wrong engaging CPSA Design Studio. Being a first time house owner, Peishan will guide and make sure every small details are taken care of. She'll make sure that colour match up and the workmanship of the workers are up to standard. We also look to her to advise us on the ergonomic design of our carpentry work as I am tall for an Asian. While she is doing her QC for the work we engaged her to do, she also feedback other minor details that she spotted so we can rectify with other vendors. Her sharp eyes for details really impress us. She also keep us posted with regular updates on the work done and what is going to be done. In fact on the day which she handover the unit to us, it was such a hassle free fast event. Shan just finished our home recently and we honestly couldn’t be happier with her work. She’s one of the most reliable people in the industry and I don’t say that lightly. She’s meticulous, very responsive, delivers things on time, with fantastic after sales service too. It was my first big renovation and she made the whole experience go as smoothly as possible. Anytime I visited the site, everything was neat and tidy and well protected (even during demolishing works). After the project finished, I still contact her for any issues or furnishing advice and she is always quick to help. I will hire Shan again for any future project in a heartbeat.

CPSA Design Studio’s Principal designer, Ms Chia Pei Shan impressed us from the moment we met. Despite of only being a quotation enquiry meeting, she was extremely meticulous and passionate throughout. However what really stood out among the other contractors and IDs we had met was her attention to detail. She prioritized our lifestyle and our needs over everything else, thus setting the bar extremely high. Purchasing furniture, bathroom fittings and lights were extremely comforting with Ms Chia. Her aesthetical sense and expertise ensured that the size and the look fits our theme and the space of our home, thus it was absolutely stress-free for us. Engaging Peishan to work on our new home is one of the best decisions that we've made. Her attentiveness to our needs and wants (such as a specific style to our sitting room) and her ability to blend our desired design with the existing furnishings given by the development to create a seamless look was what really won us over.
