Peter has done 3 renovations for family members in Princes Hill, Fitzroy North & Carlton North over the last 5 years. We've found him professional, readily available, punctual & easy to get along with, and we're happy with the completed jobs.

Peter Dann of Craig Perry Peter Dann Architects (CPPD) was engaged to design renovations, secure a builder, and manage works on a 1940’s house, in Melbourne’s northern suburbs. We found Peter to be a very good listener, who responded to requested design changes and provided prompt, efficient service. Peter regularly met with the builder and provided timely meeting minutes during the COVID lockdowns. The renovations have transformed a tired old house into a 21-century home. The house looks fabulous, and we are so delighted with the result. We would have no hesitation in employing Peter Dann again.

Peter has drawn plans and specifications then overseen two extensions to our house. More recently he has reviewed paint colours. His approach, knowledge and application is exemplary. I have no hesitation in recommending Peter for architectural services.
