It's no secret that the process of building a new home is an exciting and sometimes daunting endeavor. We partnered with Coyle Construction to build our new home based on their sterling reputation as well as numerous unsolicited endorsements from neighbors and acquaintances who attested to their quality of construction and workmanship, integrity and just plain friendliness. That reputation rang true in our experience, too, through the scores of decisions, selections and changes we made from concept to completion. This was our second experience working with a builder on a new home and Coyle Construction far outshined our first build. In addition to their quality and custom capabilities, there was always the sense that they cared very much about our project, its success and our overall satisfaction through each phase. Nearly three years after moving in, we absolutely love our home and take solace in knowing that even now, years later, Coyle Construction has proven accessible and helpful with any questions or concerns we have ever had. We would certainly recommend them, especially if you are looking to go beyond cookie-cutter construction and want that extra layer of personal attention.

We first met Henry Coyle at one of his open houses. We knew immediately after meeting him and seeing the exceptional quality of his model that we had our builder. Our situation was unique - we had planned to purchase a lot first and then build a house at some point in the future. Henry worked with us and advised us from the beginning on the site selection and lot choice, and put us in touch with his engineer and soil test professionals, well over a year before we would even sign a contract with him to build our home. When we did begin construction, Henry and Kim were there with their expertise every step of the way. They made what can often be an overwhelming process a smooth and enjoyable experience. Henry's knowledge of the building process and attention to detail are unmatched, and his subcontractors have tremendous pride in their craftsmanship and are fantastic to work with. We could not be happier with the way everything turned out, and can't thank the Coyle's enough for making our dream home a reality!

We hired Coyle Construction to renovate the 2nd floor of our 20 year-old home. Henry assisted in ever phase of construction, from planning through punch list items. While we were concerned by renovation nightmares, this project was a dream come true. For every day of the project, someone was at our home working efficiently and respectfully. If any sort of issue presented itself, Henry was there to solve the problem! The results have been fantastic! Now, 6 months later, we are starting the renovation of our 1st floor and Coyle Construction is again leading the way.

We could not be happier with the house that Henry built for us. If we ever built again, we would choose Henry without hesitation. His finished product is of exceptional quality, and the entire process of building a home with him was enjoyable from beginning to end. Henry is a very hands-on builder and pays attention to EVERY detail in the building process. Unlike our experience with our first builder, we had weekly if not daily contact with him during many stages of our build. On many occasions, we found Henry at the home doing hands on work - laying out bathrooms with a carpenter's square, installing various features himself, powerwashing outdoor areas. He wants to give you the best product he can, and demands excellence from himself and his subcontractors- all of whom have the highest regard for him. On of our favorite things about working with Henry is that he works hard to build a house he knows you will be happy living in, not just looking at. Walk around a home with him and he will show you all the ways he makes the home work.

Henry is a second-generation builder and he has the building business ingrained in him and works to find the most up to date practices and materials. He was on budget except for the extras that we put in and with those, he always gave us a written work order to approve before he did the work. Although he has been fully paid he continues to give us the time and service when we need it. We wholeheartedly recommend that you speak with him if you are considering building a house. To top it off, he's a genuinely nice guy who's very easy going and enjoyable to be around.

He was always on the job site and available to the customer. Henry was also agreeable to changes, something many contractors dislike. I would gladly recommend Coyle Construction.
