Paulo helped us design the layout of our first home. He was very creative and each time I provided a challenge he found a better solution. He thinks outside the box and was quick to deliver.

Covar Designs did an exceptional job doing the plans, permits, engineering, etc. for our garage conversion into a legal ADU. Our garage was a standalone on a corner lot, and he helped us turn it into a beautiful, fantastic standalone 1 bedroom/ 1 bath house by adding square footage, walls and roofs, that retained privacy for the main house and made exceptional use of space and light. We now have a great tenant who helps cover a large chunk of our mortgage and we never feel her presence (unless we're being neighborly).
