CI - via Home Depot - worked on our remodeling project of two bathrooms and the kitchen. I am thanking my lucky stars that our project was nearly complete when this company imploded. The no longer exist. The sub-contractors they hired to do the work were hard working people. Their own electricians and plumbers were a mixed lot - some really good, some pretty incompetent.

The representative did a great job measuring and was prompt and efficient. He answered all of my questions. Installation was quick and smooth, no problems. Countertop was delivered according to schedule.

Our kitchen is being renovated through the Home Depot. Counter Intelligence was Home Depot's contractor. It was a bad experience from the start. We were given an elaborate schedule by the Counter Intelligence field manager stating what would happen on day 1 through completion. The schedule fell apart on day 2 and the workers were constantly pulled from our job to complete work on other projects. The field manager and project manager Amber Carillo were almost impossible to contact throughout the process. Counter Intelligence started our kitchen on December 10, 2014 and walked off the job about January 15 without installing countertops and backsplash, and completing final plumbing and electrical work. Our only positive experience with Counter Intelligence was the tradesmen plumbing, electrical, and cabinet installers did excellent work. Home Depot contracted another company to complete the work and as of March 6, 2015 we have another couple of weeks before total completion.

I posted on yelp as well. I had my counter tops done 10 months ago and contrary to the other reviews I have a great one. My counter top look GREAT! Any questions or concerns I had I called or emailed Mr. .Solomon & he responded with in minutes. I wasn't able to make it into the showroom , so a lot of my work was done via email. Mr. Solomon sent pictures along with quotes when I told him I found a cheaper price he gave me the same price. It took a couple of hours to remove/replace the countertops but was completed as promised. I feel confident I made the right choice by choosing this company & if you are looking for great service & granite he will make sure your taken care whether you buy from them or not contact Mr. Solomon tell him Tammy M sent you. If you run into any problems from the office to the installers Mr. Solomon will try his best to rectify the problem if one occurs.

Counter Intelligence Inc deserves less than one star- They remodeled my kitchen and replaced the flooring in the apartment -there are problems with the wall where they installed cabinets. In addition they did not complete the work which they messed up.

One star is too generous for this company. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. Heed our warning and look elsewhere for your counter top. When we met with their representative who came to take measurements, they assured us that the underside of the waterfall counter top would be polished. They forgot to write it down. When the counter top arrived a few weeks later, it WAS NOT polished. The stone had a gigantic maker's stamp "Silestone" right smack in the middle of the counter slab. The stamp was so huge and so pronounced, it was clearly visible from anywhere in the apartment. The worst part of it all was that the company refused to correct this. They refused to make it right. Bottom line: They promised that the piece would be polished. But the company did not deliver.

My husband and I used this company thru Home Depot to remodel our bathroom. Although we did have a rocky start with our original project manager, once I expressed my concerns, they personally took over and made sure that our needs were met! Our bathroom is complete now and looks wonderful! I would recommend to anyone because they made sure that in the end everything was taken cafe of and most importantly that I was happy!

I bought an old house in 2012 with almost completely the original 1956 kitchen. Counter Intelligence was the subcontractor. I am so glad they were. Joe at Counter Intelligence caught some huge design mistakes the kitchen designer made. I was really impressed with his knowledge of kitchen design. His patience at helping me adapt the design into something that works well in my tiny kitchen. The workmen all did a nice job. It's been almost a year since completion. I am thrilled with my new kitchen. Everyone I dealt with from Counter Intelligence and their subcontractors were knowledgeable, professional, kind, and genuinely concerned with having a happy customer. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Excellent service, accurate estimate, accurate fitting of counter top, quality granite counter top, excellent price. They came to my house to do precision measurements. They were responsive, courteous, and prompt. Delivery was on time and as expected.

provided silestone countertop for my updated kitchen island. The company representative arrived promptly for measurements, this was directly following superstorm Sandy hitting the east coast. He measured the area, discussed my choices and provided more guidance for future projects. The day of installation, I was called and asked if an early install was possible. The representative was professional, friendly, and helpful as I had new questions to ask. The team arrived and installed the countertop without issue. It is absolutely gorgeous. As the company was a sub for another larger company, I asked if there would be any issues with dealing directly with Counter Intelligence directly. The team left care instructions, as well as a card and contact information for the team who would come and do measurements. Counter Intelligence was an absolute delight to work with and I will be working with them in the future.
